Super, super and super good hotel!!!

"Hotel" is a bit of an exaggeration. They offer rooms with bathrooms - i.e. not hostel style shared facilities. The owner is helpful and speaks good English. Food was ok. There is also a small shop which is relatively well stocked. They claim free WiFi, but I could not get it to work. The beds aren't very good, the doors to the rooms don't close well, the toilet was leaking water. The toilet and shower...

I recommend, good breakfast, clean, ideal starting point for the mountains

We spent two nights there. There is everything you need after the hardships of hiking. Good breakfasts.

Excellent place, good hosts, delicious food. With snow you have to leave the car about 100m away. Perfect place to start routes. The rooms are clean, ba the European. I can only thank you for your treatment and hospitality

A comfortable place, but not luxurious. A slightly aging staircase and a somewhat crepting common kitchen. It is worse for those who choose a room without a kitchen because there is definitely a small one. But I think that it is quite high standard for Mestie. For lonely excursions, ideal for families, you have to be inconvenient.

I had a very nice stay at this guesthouse. Tina was a very nice host and made sure that I had a pleasant stay in Mestia. She is caring and welcoming. The guesthouse is very cozy located just outside the town and have an exceptional view to surrounding mountains and Svan Towers. I recommend the homemade breakfast!

We stayed 2 times at Guesthouse Gio. Gio‘s aunt is super friendly, she even speaks quite good german! The house has a wonderful view, especially in the morning!! The only problem: if you get a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from the guests upstairs...especially when they wake up earlier in the morning and pack their stuff for an hour :(

Vasha and his brother are nice people who helped us in every way they could. The guesthouse is beautiful and in a quiet corner of Mestia. There are a lot of windows, so we could admire the snow outside - but inside it was cosy and warm!

Gio is awesome. I enjoyed the house with the view of a river and mountains. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The guesthouse faces svan towers, This place is the best if you like a cosy wooden building, fresh air, mountains and nice hospitable people Defintely, I will recommend the place to my friends as one of the best I have stayed at in Georgia.

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was visiting Ushguli. Everything was great. The host lady and her daughter were very helpful and friendly. If I go Mestia again I will surely revisit this hotel. Highly recommend.

Impeccably clean, warm & cosy (the whole property - not just the bedrooms), peaceful location (just a stone’s throw away from the city centre), breathtaking views, incomparable hospitality from the hosts, and overall, fantastic value for money due to their more-than affordable rates. We simply didn’t want to leave! So we will most definitely return

Incomparable view, when you wake up you look at a postcard. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming hosts, as if you were visiting your family for the weekend.

Very cozy guesthouse. Away from the center of Mestia on a quiet street, elevated above the city which offers a view from the terrace above. There is s small living area a washing machine and a shoe dryer which we found very useful. The guests are allowed to use the family's kitchen to prepare food or tea and coffee. Very nice owners, welcoming and cheerful, always ready to help.

The guesthouse is on the second floor of a house. The host lives on the first floor. Everything looks brand new and very comfortable. Everything is very clean. Very calm and enjoyable place, right in the center of Mestia. It ended up being the most breathtaking place in Georgia. Definitely a hidden gem!! Mziuri made our stay 10x better. Thanks a lot and hope to see you one day again.

A very nice accommodation, where the owner's family lives as well (in other rooms). The place has a very friendly and homey atmosphere, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice gazebo to sit outside and a spacious kitchen. Only problem is that since the family lives there too, you don't have privacy outside your room and it can get a little noisy with all the kids running around, but it's not too bad and adds...

Great and affordable accommodation, the owner is absolutely pleasant. Huge and tasty breakfasts. Easy to find and good location for skiers. Can walk to ski lift in 15 minutes. Not for seekers of luxury.

This accommodation is very nice! It’s a little hidden but the host is helpful in helping you find the place. The room is spacious and has an amazing bed. Also the sanitary is modern and clean. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Very nice couple running the place, no English but they have a son they call who translates for them. Works fine. Beautiful room with a small balcony (good for smokers ;). Also right next to the town center. Don't make the mistake of trying to drive your car (or in our case the campervan) up from the road, it's a very steap climb haha. One of the best and nicest places we've been to while hiking Mestia-Ushguli trail. The guys are very friendly, talkative, speak english, russian and german, the rooms are simple and clean and the food is absolutely delicious! The environment is home-like and very warm. We've heard many stories, tasted chacha and got all guest houses and transport arranged with them for our hiking route, even picking...

Perfect location just a short walk from the main square. There's a small slope up to the guesthouse from the main street, can be better identified if there's a sign. Super nice host and we had a nice tour to Ushuguli. Highly recommended to arrange from the guest house.

Nice, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was good. The host helped us get info about transportation back to the center, even after we left. The guesthouse is located a bit far from the center, but it's a walkable distance.

Nino was super helpful, arranging tours, giving walking advice. One of the staff even gave another guest an impromptu sports massage to allow them to walk the next day!

Location was in the middle of Mestia, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was modern but smelled a bit musty but nothing terrible. Would stay again if coming to Mestia.

A good three-star hotel on the outskirts, importantly, a 5-minute walk from the center. Excellent views from the window—we stayed in a corner room with a window and balcony—with views of both the towers and the glaciers. Excellent ventilation without opening the front door. Hospitable hosts. A very hearty breakfast.

I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

Everything was great. The lady boss even drove us to the airport herself. She was so thoughtful. Their breakfast was quite rich.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great—close to the central bus station and surrounded by many restaurants. The owner provided warm hospitality, and the breakfast, made by the landlady herself, was especially lovely.

Beautiful little guesthouse, with very friendly hostess and a great view over Mestia. Planned to stay here 2 nights, stayed a whole week. Has a wel equipped kitchen and Nino is the best hostess imaginable and speaks perfect English.

Very good beds, location is good. Still walkable to city center. We booked one night and ended up staying 3 nights. The girls and the lady are very helpful and kind. Shower is big and good. Toilets are clean! The room downstairs is a bit noisy. We can listen practically all guests that are downstairs and one morning one of them opened our door while we were sleeping!

Very nice place to stay, the view from the window was breathtaking. Mestia is beautiful as well as the nature. Niniko was helpful and kind to the guests. I recommend this guest house for sure.

The hosts are really welcoming. But also from the center too. The daughter of the hostess is holding a cafe with live music in the center.
