Great location, great amenities and great service!

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

We didn't stay there but we have experienced the best services ever in their bar. We all fell in love with our drinks made by a vietnamese bartender. She really made our day, thank you.

However, we missed a minibar and the power sockets are very hidden. The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had everything one could possibly want. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual...

Stopped here on a day trip for a cup of coffee and a very tasty an good local version of an apple strudel. Both went down a treat, I recommend this cafe if you are visiting the town or the beach.

We had a fabulous two night stay at the hotel. The reception was a great start. We were treated to complimentary sparkling wine while completing the form in the lounge room. This we call a nice and relaxing start! The room is rather small but sufficient as we barely spent any time in it. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We had a truly wonderful break in Kühlungsborn. Highly recommended, especially in winter. This hotel is constantly evolving in the most pleasant way, which is rare these days. Here, coffee and all coffee specialties are still served in the morning. A white tablecloth, friendly and attentive staff at breakfast and dinner service, and fantastic homemade dishes... We had a newly renovated suite, spacious...

A comfortable hotel in a fantastic beachfront location. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean. The room is equipped with everything you need. The reception staff is friendly. There is a nice, modern sauna and a small pool.

Mr. E. Shabanie is a very friendly, attentive, and empathetic waiter. With his friendly and accommodating manner, he wins the hearts of all the guests. He was always on the ball, and that alone makes it worth coming back!

I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February. Everything was thought-through, executed expertly, without faff, delicious. The open wines were perfectly adequate (and priced that way), the service attentive and again, without faff. Heartfelt congrats...

We stayed in a room with a partial sea view for six days in April 2025, which we didn't regret. Unfortunately, we have to make a few minor deductions, such as: the ventilation in the bathroom was unfortunately broken...which resulted in a musty smell...

The stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. All the staff were very welcoming, sweet, and helpful. Pure relaxation. A great family atmosphere. Even the dog felt very comfortable. We will be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great breakfast, service & location. Rooms were a bit noisy & very warm so we didn’t have the best sleep but overall it was still a nice experience. Parking costs extra, we chose to park on a public spot where parking is free overnight but then you need to be back at 9am to get a ticket for the day.

A very nice hotel, in a prime location right on the beach, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The ladies serving breakfast were simply wonderful. We paid €380 for 2 nights in 2 bedroom Apartment with beach-facing balcony. This included the local beach tax and parking. Did not utilise breakfast but due to kitchen facilities were able to self cater. Very patient and friendly staff. Pool area is across the rear carpark road in walking distance.
