The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Kühlungsborn West. The room we had was small but had everything you need. However, we missed a minibar and the power sockets are very hidden. The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. In the sauna and in the restaurant, the Corona period does not seem to be over yet. The breakfast is extensive...

Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had everything one could possibly want. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual...

Stopped here on a day trip for a cup of coffee and a very tasty an good local version of an apple strudel. Both went down a treat, I recommend this cafe if you are visiting the town or the beach.

We had a fabulous two night stay at the hotel. The reception was a great start. We were treated to complimentary sparkling wine while completing the form in the lounge room. We didn't stay there but we have experienced the best services ever in their bar. We all fell in love with our drinks made by a vietnamese bartender. She really made our day, thank you.

We had a truly wonderful break in Kühlungsborn. Highly recommended, especially in winter. This hotel is constantly evolving in the most pleasant way, which is rare these days. A comfortable hotel in a fantastic beachfront location. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean. The room is equipped with everything you need. The reception staff is friendly. There is a nice, modern sauna and a small pool.

Mr. E. Shabanie is a very friendly, attentive, and empathetic waiter. With his friendly and accommodating manner, he wins the hearts of all the guests. He was always on the ball, and that alone makes it worth coming back!

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

Wow. Just by the sea. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Strong Wifi. Totally clean. Phantastic breakfast. They are even open in winter. Love this place. Now in winter the Baltic sea shows that it can be rough.

What is perfect: sea view, design, friendly staff, big room, big bathroom, tasty breakfast:eggs, dark bread, cheese, watermelons, kiwi and other. What is not so good: 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, coffee is guite low quality, very soft pillows

I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February. Everything was thought-through, executed expertly, without faff, delicious. The open wines were perfectly adequate (and priced that way), the service attentive and again, without faff. Heartfelt congrats...

We stayed in a room with a partial sea view for six days in April 2025, which we didn't regret. Unfortunately, we have to make a few minor deductions, such as: the ventilation in the bathroom was unfortunately broken...which resulted in a musty smell...

A very nice hotel, in a prime location right on the beach, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The ladies serving breakfast were simply wonderful. Such friendly and attentive service is rare. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The reception staff were also very attentive and helpful. We would love to come back; our stay was fantastic.
