Great location, great amenities and great service!

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

We didn't stay there but we have experienced the best services ever in their bar. We all fell in love with our drinks made by a vietnamese bartender. She really made our day, thank you.

However, we missed a minibar and the power sockets are very hidden. The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual...

Stopped here on a day trip for a cup of coffee and a very tasty an good local version of an apple strudel. Both went down a treat, I recommend this cafe if you are visiting the town or the beach.

Our room on the side of the building was spacious, and the bathroom was modern. Parking is available behind the hotel for €10 per night. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Impertinence at dinner, endless waiting for the table to be assigned. Parking space has to be paid but is not reserved and if it is occupied you are unlucky. Only partially friendly staff. We were lucky with the room allocation.

We had a truly wonderful break in Kühlungsborn. Highly recommended, especially in winter. This hotel is constantly evolving in the most pleasant way, which is rare these days. Here, coffee and all coffee specialties are still served in the morning. A white tablecloth, friendly and attentive staff at breakfast and dinner service, and fantastic homemade dishes... We had a newly renovated suite, spacious...

A comfortable hotel in a fantastic beachfront location. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean. The room is equipped with everything you need. The reception staff is friendly. There is a nice, modern sauna and a small pool.

Mr. E. Shabanie is a very friendly, attentive, and empathetic waiter. With his friendly and accommodating manner, he wins the hearts of all the guests. He was always on the ball, and that alone makes it worth coming back!

The rooms are not 4 star standard and unfortunately dingy. There is a lack of attention to detail and controlling. Unfortunately, criticism is not responded to. Everything in the main house is great. The breakfast area is absolutely great. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Both the hotel itself and the restaurant can only be recommended! I felt completely at ease, the food was fantastic and the service very attentive. Despite the high standard, a pleasant looseness and good mood was conveyed, which immediately put me in a relaxed holiday mood. Anytime again, I had a great (unfortunately far too short) time!

I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February. Everything was thought-through, executed expertly, without faff, delicious. Fun and vibrant property with nice facilities in front of the baltic sea

I have visited feels several times, and every time, also now, it takes me out of the “normal” and into feels atmosphere, which is nice, unique, warm, soulful, alive. The service is in top, and oh my the kitchen and cocktails are top of the top. I give feels 5 out of 5 stars for being unique and menschlich (human)

Great breakfast, service & location. Rooms were a bit noisy & very warm so we didn’t have the best sleep but overall it was still a nice experience. Parking costs extra, we chose to park on a public spot where parking is free overnight but then you need to be back at 9am to get a ticket for the day.

Everything was perfect here: a fantastic location right on the beach, not far from the center. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in our apartment. Beautiful accommodation in an incredibly beautiful location right by the sea. We had a wonderful view from our room, and it was very centrally located between Kühlungsborn East and West. Stayed as a stopover on a biketrip. Even though hotel is probably more famous for couples/families, we were still treated very nicely by receptionist and got all kinds of useful tips. Room was very nice, great balcony, view, kitchen.
