Great location, great amenities and great service!

Just wow!!! Well equipped with a nice pool, a couple of saunas and a steam room, plus plenty of comfy places to relax and a health bar with complimentary fruit, tea and infused water

This is an amazing hotel easily deserving a 5 star review, if I could I would give it more!! Firstly, the professional staff at every step of your stay from the reception, bar and restaurant staff, spa and of course not forgetting the housekeeping

We were fortunate enough to get a room looking out directly onto the beach. Nice little touches like the tablet with internet access and mega comfy bed with nice pillows that guarantee a great night's sleep

Talking about a good sleep, the hotel also offers an amazing buffet breakfast until 13:00 meaning you can cherish those extra hours of sleep, no need to get up early just so you can get to breakfast

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with

the Hotel is only 100m from the beach, we had a big room looking onto the Baltic sea, everthing was organized and clean, fantastic breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, Swimmingpool, Sauna and Fitnessroom, Garage and Outsideparking,great was the Irish Pub where you could eat also

There are parking spaces in front of the hotel and in the underground car park. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Kühlungsborn West. The room we had was small but had everything you need

This we call a nice and relaxing start! The room is rather small but sufficient as we barely spent any time in it. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and the spa fantastic

Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert

Location was great as it was right across the beach. Also, we loved the fact that you could charge your e-car for 18 Euros on site

The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room

We went to the restaurant and ate oysters, shrimp, and halibut. Everything was delicious. Couldn't be better. The service was very friendly and unobtrusive. A very successful, beautiful evening.

Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc

We had a newly renovated suite, spacious and with all amenities. The spa area with its swimming pool and saunas was spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel, allowing you to recharge. You really don't need to go outside

We visited the restaurant and wondered why we haven't visited for the past 9 years ?! The menu offers something for everyone, the staff very polite and attentive and the food a poem! We'll definitely be back and let us pamper us!

Shabanie is a very friendly, attentive, and empathetic waiter. With his friendly and accommodating manner, he wins the hearts of all the guests. He was always on the ball, and that alone makes it worth coming back!

I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February
