Bergkristall - Mein Resort im Allgäu

Oberstaufen, Willis 8, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

Great service and attention to details that make ones stay memorable. Dinners were top class, levelled to some world’s best restaurants. Good wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier to advice you. The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. The spa was lovely. Just get...

A family-run wellness hotel—that's what a hotel should be. The food is exquisite and creative. The staff is very friendly and polite—it feels right at home. The entire hotel is very clean and meets high standards in every way. What more can I say, but that's how a vacation should be—a vacation is fun. We'd certainly love to come back. Thank you, dear Rhinestone.

First-class hotel! Wonderful wellness center! The infinity pool is huge! The culinary offerings are simply superb!

A very nice hotel in a fantastic location! We highly recommend it! M.L. and P. Siebert

The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing escape from everyday life. The staff is very warm and always pleasant. The food was really good! Nothing too ordinary, and something for every taste. And if nothing fits, they'll make it custom! This was our first visit to Bergkristall, but certainly not our last.

Hotel Bayerischer Hof

Oberstaufen, Hochgratstrasse 2, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

I visited the Hotel Bayerischer Hof with my family and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the food was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly and eager to ensure we had a nice visit. We especially enjoyed the wellness area, which had been recently renovated. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a very nice touch, and helped us relax even more at the end of the...

Authentic hospitality, outstanding kitchen, supercomfy beds in an idyllic gateway to the Allgäu, nestled between the Austrian Alps and delightful Bavaria. I will be back... often!

What a wonderful experience. Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Amazing spa area. Delicious food. Do not miss out on the chocolate lava cake. Simply perfect!

Absolutely loved everything here! Spa is beautiful and brand new! Great fitness room!

GREAT with a tiny issue We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Bayerischer Hof — just as on our previous visits. The service was warm and attentive, the breakfast was EXZELLENT, and the atmosphere of the hotel is so charming and inviting. It really feels like a home away from home, and we always appreciate the care the staff puts into making guests feel welcome. The only downside this time was that...

What a Pearl in the Sky Just wonderful!!

Concordia Vitalhotel & Spa

Oberstaufen, In Pfalzen 8, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

This hotel is a hidden gem for those seeking elegance, well-being, and genuine hospitality in a peaceful setting. Whether you’re here to unwind, recharge, or simply breathe in the fresh air—it’s the kind of place you’ll wish you never had to leave.

The friendliness, competence and support of all employees deserve the greatest appreciation. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The cuisine is excellent and the location is close to the center and yet very quiet. If we come back to Oberstaufen, the Concordia will be our first choice!

A basically nice hotel with a nice smaller wellness area. As a young couple, we consciously chose this hotel instead of the large wellness bunkers and were not disappointed. The food was very good and we were treated kindly. Gladly again.

Room excellent. Service for dinner on June 29, 24 was very good. Breakfast service not available. Reason: We were there for breakfast on Sunday June 30, 2024 at 8 a.m. Our dishes weren't cleared until we finished breakfast. We did this ourselves. The service didn't start until around 9 a.m.

This place has arguably the best Chef in this part of Germany. I stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive. Not a single dish was below par. I am coming here again just for the food and the Spa treatments.

This was the second time my daughter and I have visited this hotel and we love it - can't wait to return later in the year. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The views around are amazing and there are lots of walks of varying difficulty from the hotel. We went both times for the four-night spa break which includes full board, three special treatments* and activities within the hotel such...

Parkhotel Oberstaufen - Partner Von Oberstaufen Plus Golf

Oberstaufen, Argenstraße 1 🧭

We have just had 4 nights at this hotel. Very friendly check in. Welcome Apero. we had a very nice room .Traditional. comfortable bed soft pillows. modern shower. view of park. We went for dinner. restaurant close because of few guests.we were shown to a table facing the bar,and open kitchen door!! this was closed after a while, but constantly opening and closing. This area in my opinion is ok for a...

We had a great stay! The view from our room was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and my kids loved the pools. The breakfast was good too.

We had a good stay at this hotel, which is located facing a beautifully designed and well-maintained park. The setting is peaceful and charming, with the sound of cow bells adding to the authentic atmosphere. Our room was quite nice and comfortable, though the bathroom was extremely small. That said, everything was clean and functional. We had the half-board option, and both breakfast and dinner were...

Rooms are dated. No AC makes this a complete oven at night - next to impossible to get a good night sleep. When you leave all windows and balcony open, there’s people having loud chats until ~11pm. When you call the reception, they tell you it’s past 10pm and there should be no noise, but there’s nothing they can do about it. If so I wonder if I should shout at those guests myself or call police ...

The hotel is in a quiet part of town adjacent to a beautiful park. We had a balcony room and the balcony was one of the biggest we have ever had with a view to the park and hills beyond. The staff was great and made some fantastic dinner recommendations. It was nice having access to the pool and sauna directly from the elevator without having to go through the lobby. Breakfast had a great selection...

This is a stunning hotel situated overlooking the park and nearby mountains. We visited Oberstaufen Parkhotel in late September. We were celebrating a special occasion and were upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Suite Mountain View with Balcony room. The view from the room was gorgeous. The sofa bed was downstairs while the king bed was located upstairs in a loft area. The bed was comfortable and spacious. ...

Alpin & Wellness Resort Hotel Ludwig Royal

Oberstaufen, Im Dorf 29 🧭

I can honestly say my stay at Alpin & Wellness Resort Ludwig Royal was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with stunning views of the mountains everywhere you look. It’s elegant but still warm and welcoming, the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was...

Fantastic little get away with my wife for 2 nights. The location is great, the facilities are really clean and great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

5-Star class of its own. Amazing staff hospitality, beautiful nature scenery, and luxurious lodging. Grateful to so many kind, generous staff who made our healing getaway unforgettable.

Excellent location. Questionable art work in an otherwise beautiful traditional Bavarian hotel. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff, but no one was informed enough to tell me why their cosy downstairs bar was called ‘Eagles Bar’. Thus staff management could do with more leadership. No disabled rooms available, and no rooms with rails in showers or toilets. Thus not very accessible for elderly...

Best and cutest staff ever!! I was there with some friends for a wellness-getaway weekend and we were all in awe of this place, and the staff made all of it happen! No request too high or complicated. (We had one vegetarian and a no-gluten vegan.)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights in spring. A great environment to relax. First of all, the air in Oberstaufen is extremely refreshing and smells nice. Although the room we stayed in was standard, it was very spacious and consisted of a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Both rooms had large screen TVs. Also the sofa in the living...

Interest Vitalhotel

Oberstaufen, Auf der Höh 1 🧭

We had a successful 14-day Schroth cure. The entire team, including the management, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The Schroth cure food was delicious and lovingly prepared. We highly recommend this hotel; the quiet location and the entire wellness offering are also very good. We will be back. Thank you for everything.

We have been to Oberstaufen a number of times. It's just great how the hotel has developed in recent years. The whole hotel has been upgraded and new areas have been added, an outside part to the restaurant, a lounge adjacent to the lobby, a larger fitness area. We found everything super friendly, from the trainee to the boss. A lot is already included in the price: the yummy breakfast and the valuable...

We had a lovely stay at the Interest Bavaria. The staff were friendly and helpful and that’s why we plan to go back. Also, I can’t say enough good things about the tasty breakfast or the super yummy dinner in the hotel restaurant. Thanks for a lovely visit! Also a quick 5-10 minute drive to Hundle ski area, a lovely spot for families.

We had booked a few days for vacation here, now I don't know if there are new rooms because we were accommodated in a room that is probably still being renovated, but what I don't quite understand the hotels have now been closed for a few months Now that the holidaymakers are coming, they are busy renovating

Very pleasant stay with very clean room and bathroom. The staff are very helpful and the food was prepared to a very high standard.

Kronenhof

Oberstaufen, Bürgermeister-Hertlein-Str. 12 87534 Oberstaufen,Bürgerm-Hertlein-Str. 🧭

I've never been so relaxed! This Schroth cure did me a world of good. The service is attentive and reliable. The hotel is state-of-the-art and eco-friendly. The entire concept for a health resort is spot on. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for this week. Egmont Rausch P.S. Next time I do a Schroth cure, I'll book 10 days.

The Kronenhof is a consistently well-run and warmly welcoming hotel in every respect. From the housekeeping staff to the service personnel, you can feel the genuine joy they radiate towards their guests. The various fasting programs are professionally conducted, and we had a wonderful time during our stay. No one felt like they were experiencing a reduced-intensity lifestyle, but rather that they were...

From reception to service (restaurant and rooms), the staff were consistently very friendly. The entire staff demonstrated a high level of expertise regarding fasting and nutrition. The building is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and lovingly furnished. The fasting meals were varied and delicious, beautifully presented. It's well-located for excursions in the surrounding area. A good program of...

This wonderful and impeccably clean spa hotel is run by the Aigner family. The entire staff embodies the hotel's philosophy and their enthusiasm is contagious. There's a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and guests quickly feel at ease. Mrs. Aigner's genuine friendliness and her extensive knowledge of the courses offered, as well as the local flora, are truly inspiring and infectious. Everyone at the hotel...

Thanks a lot - it was a perfect stay for us. Arriving with two small kids - 4 months and 2,5 year is always a bit scary. Since you know - you will be a huge job for a hotel. With everything it contains from extra kids bed, chairs and towels. To the understanding and respect for our family´s need and to-do´s But everywhere the staff was so friendly and helpful to us. Honestly much more that we have...

Hotel Hirsch

Oberstaufen, Kalzhofer Str. 4, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

Perfect location, good hotel and beautiful allgäu

We stayed for 5 days at the Hotel Hirsch. Away from the main road, but able to access many shops and restaurants easierly and quickly. The room was clean, fitted out with a small fridge, robes and plenty of towels. Perhaps the TV could have been a little bigger (maybe just our room). Breakfast was plentyful ( :-( no ketchup) and with an Italien restaurant bolted on the side, its easy if you want to...

NO A/C The main reason we booked this location was due to the fact that it advertised that it had air conditioning. Our room did not have air conditioning and we were very uncomfortable the entire night

nice, friendy staff, well-equiped and big room, good restaurant at the hotel with daily menu option, wide selection for the breakfast, nice atmosphere, nice perks with the visitor card

Hotel Alpenkönig

Oberstaufen, Kalzhofer Str. 25 🧭

Classic Swiss chalet meets modern aesthetic. Alpenkönig is a classy, beautiful hotel that offers the best service, food and amenities. This boutique hotel is family owned and they work overtime in making sure everything is amazing for their guests. If you’re a “foodie” like us, you’re in luck because the food is delicious and made with the highest quality ingredients. My husband and I stayed here...

This is like a vintage hotel!! With extremely beautiful views of the Austrian Alps all around!! Must visit this place for the beautiful location and the views that it has got to offer!!

We were greeted by name on arrival and made to feel welcome. Our room had been upgraded to a new (3 week old) deluxe room which was superb with beautiful modern decor with a country theme. It overlooked the road but there was no noise at night. The restaurant is a must-do and definitely worthy of gastro awards. I was not sure about the location when I booked, thinking it might be a little too far out...

Super friendly staff, good location, good service, good food. Rooms are nice and very clean. Bed is super soft - too soft for my liking, but the staff said this is something they can adjust if I had asked them about it.

Great and fine cuisine very clean and modernized hotel rooms wellness restaurant etc super friendly and helpful staff The place to stay @Oberstaufen

Wow ... Thanks for the delicious food, the good service and the ambience. Upscale gastronomy, women / men can enjoy! I'll be back.

Hotel Bad Rain

Oberstaufen, Hinterstaufen 9 🧭

The nicest, professional people, with a wonderful kitchen, spa and unbelievable comfortable rooms. The Kirchmanns are the nicest and sweetest people you will ever meet

Good restaurant on an unique location. Good menu with lots of choices. Service was good, not yet perfect.

Because waitress Franzi is really awesome and super good location

Excellent family run hotel. We had the "feel-well" package with breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake&coffee. Dinner is excellent, you can tell that the chef (dad of the family) is putting his heart into it. The mom, running everything else, takes excellent care of the guests. The grandma makes amazing cakes for tea-time. Rooms are cute and well maintained.

The best steak that you can eat in the whole Allgäu area. 5 star gurme restaurant at normal prices! Must try for sure!

We "found" this wonderful family-run hotel online and what a pleasant surprise upon arrival! It is definitely off the beaten-path, which ensures the quiet location and peaceful atmosphere with mountain views. The service is outstanding and the restaurant meals were also top-notch. The Oberstaufen Pass provided lift-tickets for the ski areas nearby as well as other benefits which we could not utilize...

Diana Naturpark Hotel - Partnerbetrieb Von "Oberstaufen Plus GOLF"

Oberstaufen, Unterm Schloss 2, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

The hotel enjoys a wonderfully peaceful location surrounded by nature, yet it also provides a great base for exploring Oberstaufen and the surrounding area. I would also like to commend the exceptionally friendly and attentive...

A very nice hotel in a quiet location, yet the town center is easily accessible on foot. The staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly, especially towards children. The rooms are very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. A lovingly run hotel in a quiet yet central location. Well-maintained rooms, friendly service, and a delicious breakfast. Dogs are welcome. We felt completely at ease and would love to return. The massage was also excellent. Five stars – from the bottom of our hearts!

We stayed at this fantastic hotel with our 4.5-year-old son from October 2nd to 5th, 2025. We had a great room; the hotel offers a pool, whirlpool, sauna, and much more. Above all, the staff was friendly and helpful, with excellent service. The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We booked for a longer weekend at the Hotel Diana and were very satisfied with the services from A (arrival) - Z (room)! In addition there are the very friendly contacts with the owner family, as well as the really great and extensive breakfast! The whole thing is rounded off by a very central yet quiet location. We will definitely come back to you next time in Oberstaufen! Thank you for the stay and...

Hotel Adler

Oberstaufen, Kirchpl. 6, 87534 Obershtaufen, Germaniya 🧭

A good place for vacation and golf.

Very central accommodation in the city centre - very close to the Aquaria (pool and sauna), great breakfast and great starting point for activities in the area! sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft - direkt an der Kirche und fußläufig zum Aquaria (Schwimmbad und Sauna).

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by very friendly and attentive service from the staff. The food we ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We would gladly return and recommend the restaurant to others.

I don't usually do reviews, but this hotel deserves praise and a 6-star rating if it ever got one! We stayed at the Adler Hotel for a week with our children, and we must say, you rarely encounter such excellent service. Starting with the food, which was always delicious and, most importantly, beautifully presented. There was also always extra baby food for our children. The staff was incredibly...
