A family-run wellness hotel—that's what a hotel should be. The food is exquisite and creative. The staff is very friendly and polite—it feels right at home. The entire hotel is very clean and meets high standards in every way. What more can I say, but that's how a vacation should be—a vacation is fun. We'd certainly love to come back. Great service and attention to details that make ones stay memorable. Dinners were top class, levelled to some world’s best restaurants. Good wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier to advice you. The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. The spa was lovely. Just get acquainted with German spa etiquette first. Highly recommend massages.

The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing escape from everyday life. The staff is very warm and always pleasant. The food was really good! Nothing too ordinary, and something for every taste. And if nothing fits, they'll make it custom! This was our first visit to Bergkristall, but certainly not our last.
