Beautiful location. Friendly staff, and good service overall. Rooms are too warm in the summer, as they don't have climate control. The bathroom is very small, and not well constructed for a Spacey single room. In general the hotel is good, but not 5 stars. 4 stars would be a better rate.

We had a successful 14-day Schroth cure. The entire team, including the management, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The Schroth cure food was delicious and lovingly prepared. We highly recommend this hotel; the quiet location and the entire wellness offering are also very good. We will be back. Thank you for everything.

We had booked a few days for vacation here, now I don't know if there are new rooms because we were accommodated in a room that is probably still being renovated, but what I don't quite understand the hotels have now been closed for a few months Now that the holidaymakers are coming, they are busy renovating

Very pleasant stay with very clean room and bathroom. The staff are very helpful and the food was prepared to a very high standard.

The friendliness, competence and support of all employees deserve the greatest appreciation. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The cuisine is excellent and the location is close to the center and yet very quiet. If we come back to Oberstaufen, the Concordia will be our first choice!

A basically nice hotel with a nice smaller wellness area. As a young couple, we consciously chose this hotel instead of the large wellness bunkers and were not disappointed. The food was very good and we were treated kindly. Gladly again.

Room excellent. Service for dinner on June 29, 24 was very good. Breakfast service not available. Reason: We were there for breakfast on Sunday June 30, 2024 at 8 a.m. Our dishes weren't cleared until we finished breakfast. We did this ourselves. The service didn't start until around 9 a.m.

This place has arguably the best Chef in this part of Germany. I stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive. Not a single dish was below par. I am coming here again just for the food and the Spa treatments.

The apartments are simply beautiful! Spacious, luxurious, and furnished to a very high standard. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious, and the reception staff is simply lovely. Our stay at the Hochgrat from May 16 to 23, 2025, was fantastic. We stayed in the "Bärengrube" with five people and the Classic Chalet "Hohenegg" with two people. The friendly, attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness, and the location are what made this hotel stand out for us. It was an all-around fantastic, pleasant, and eventful vacation. We will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful stay in the Hochgrat and in the chalet. The breakfast was prepared with so much love every morning and you could taste it. The chalet in the mountain was clean, modern and was very well equipped. I didn't miss anything. I'd love to come back.

Amazing hotel with wonderful views, friendly staff, and luxurious rooms. The kitchen in our room was well equiped, the fireplace had plenty of wood, and we were given local cards which granted us access to free use of ski lifts, ice skating, and the town pool. We had no negatives from our stay and hope to visit again in the future. The restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit too!

Excellent family run hotel. We had the "feel-well" package with breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake&coffee. Dinner is excellent, you can tell that the chef (dad of the family) is putting his heart into it. The mom, running everything else, takes excellent care of the guests. It was very nice at the Kräuter Alm; the various salt and herb blends are also a delight to enjoy at home. The iced tea served, freshly brewed by the chef, was a delicacy.

My room was great. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was a fantastic guy, always had a joke and was very friendly. I felt very comfortable.
