Decent pool, decent sauna, paid but easy parking, helpful staff. Very average room, Good dining space but the food gets emptied real quick as there are too many Guests compared the food that gets refilled

This hotel is such a treat with beautiful ammenities, fantastic food, friendly staff in. Picturesque location. We travelled around Europe from New Zealand and this was our favourite place real luxury!

I had a good time spending my holidays there for a week. The breakfast could use an improvement though. Sauna room was great. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and reasonably priced. The sauna facilities are extensive, but unfortunately, they're only open until 8 p.m.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location to the beach, the breakfast and dinner were incredible. The facilities seemed to me a little old, the cleanliness in the bathroom of the room should be deeper (EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE TOILET). Would you recommend? YES.

The size of the balcony is ridiculous, there is only one chair for two people on it, and there is no partition between the room next door. Some of the furniture is outdated.

Amazing hotel, at the beach promenade, with big ADD (with good food, quality and breakfast choice), super health and wellness, indoor pool and big Spa (including big beauty saloon and various applications). Best and only rooftop bar with life music … must visit ! Nice outdoor culinary venues and along many Private Palace Hotels food & beverage outlets along the promenade.

Binz 2019 A lovely destination with lots to see around or just to lie on the fantastic beach. We usually try to stay at the Arkona Strandhotel as it fulfills our wishes and is right on the beach, in addition it is walking distance to most things

Fin plassering og flott by. Stusset på at vi måte betale ekstra for håndklær når man betaler ganske mye for oppholdet. Kom heler aldri noen og fylte opp såpekoppen. Samt ingen kunne engelsk i denne byen. Alt av opplysninger står på tysk. Så det burde stått på engelsk også.

We really appreciated the variety of pools and saunas offered, especially at such a relatively reasonable price. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus for us. (It would have been perfect if a cutting board and a cooking knife had been available, too!) For travelers without a car, the ride to Binz train station was extremely helpful and much appreciated. we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

The staff was very friendly. Our apartment was very spacious. It is a bit out of the way. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the pier. The prices for breakfast and dinner are too high in my opinion.

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. This hotel is close to perfect. Great facilities and service above normal. The location could not have been better. The room we got was bigger than ecpected with full equipment. My 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe. Very friendly staff. A quite nice hotel, is a bit worn out by now and the spa area as well. So in terms of price compared to many other hotels is a bit too high, I think. But a nice town with nice restaurants, a nice beach and promenade.

Binz For a hotel in this price range, it's rather mediocre. Small ground-floor room facing the courtyard driveway without air conditioning. Very hot and no way to cool down. The wellness area is quite nice. The breakfast also tends to be more budget-friendly. Cold cuts and the like are definitely not from the deli counter. Scrambled eggs are just like the competitors' ready-made eggs. It's a shame...

The rooms were relatively small. The bathroom was tiny, only for one person. The maids were making noise in the hallway starting at 6:00 a.m. Parking was quite expensive at €20 per night. Good, plentiful breakfast. Nice wellness area.

the place and the standard there was nothing wrong with it but the person we checked in for didn't speak English which was a big shortcoming when you wanted to ask about things. Fantastic location on the promenade just 50 metres from the beach, and it was worth paying more for a room with the sea view. Breakfasts were superb, and the restaurant served delicious fish dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a week and were genuinely sorry to leave.

Great hotel on the seafront. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and beautiful. The spa (Turkish bath and two different kinds of sauna) is a dream. Fantastic breakfast and adorable staff. Dogs accepted.

Relaxing stay The included breakfast was amazing. Very clean and modern, yet cozy vibe. The location is central and close to the beach, pier, shops, and cafes. The spa with sauna and steam room was so comforting after hiking on a rainy day.

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed. Also the spa area was everything we hopes for for our weekend stay! :) Definitely recommended!

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

Arrived early @11:00 - room was ready - a bonus. Breakfast was good as always. Sunny balcony at rear [no sea view]. Sauna/spa empty.

We came for my husband’s birthday and as soon as they came to know they nicely decorwtaed the corner with a bottle of wine and wishes. We were offered with free update of suite. A very nice and relaxing stay with indoor pol and sauna perfectly enjoyed by us.

Decent room, friendly staff, nice kids club. BUT avoid cooked breakfast as it gave me diarrhoea; I blame it on the bacon which looked like it was reheated over several days. 3 mins eggs were cold so maybe these😬 Good location. Can use swimming pool over the road too👍

All about feel-good hotels with children & dogs. Excellent breakfast! Great ambience. Friendly staff. The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

Very nice suites, with a balcony and large windows. The suites can also be booked by couples. There were a lot of couples there. It was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet until 11 a.m. Very helpful and friendly staff. Suite very clean. You can get a parking space for a fee.

Tasteful furnishings, large suite, nice staff, good breakfast but no air conditioning in the attic, people with reduced mobility have to go through the laundry room, reception only open until 6 p.m., minibar hardly cools, balcony furniture stripped down, spa and bar across the street ...

Very nice hotel. Distance to the beach: 2 minutes. The employees are very relaxed, which makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Everything is well maintained and clean. We would like to come again!
