“Summer holiday special”

We had booked a summer holiday for the whole family. Unfortunately, it was then when Entering the room in shock. We had the wrong Zimner/apartment. But then was quick to react. We got a wonderful Upgrade. The holiday was rescued, the tears in the evening it is dried. The new Director is just wonderful. We already have our second vacation here. Everything was clean, free Wi-Fi, a dream of the Wellness area. So also in the case of the Nordic summer weather, the sunbathing and the Swimming of the experience.
We had half Board and that is to be recommended.
The price performance ratio you get a wonderful Breakfast and an evening meal, which I was allowed to in spite of the many professional travel rarely experience.
The Team is always courteous. Especially the Valet Parking is super knowledgeable and friendly.
Distance to the water is perfect - if it tiedenabhängig.
To recommend Duhnen at any time.
The Hotel beach pearl is definitely worthy of 5 stars. Inn Stutzi we had previously and that was the reason why we are here again. Many thanks to the Team.
My expectations were exceeded, in fact, in every area. Have missed only the Wi-Fi in the room, but to divert it contributed in the end to the attention and to feel really away from home and yet safe and welcome. If, again, Cuxhaven, then here for sure.

And then the Service. I have to rate the Service...the judge of that.
Well.
A smooth 1. Why? Because I admire the people on the panel, behind the counter, on the floors and on the phone. For your incredibly honest, friendly and competent.
I like it when actions have a Hand and a foot. Here is crucial but has to be added to the head.
Always friendly. Of The Service. Of some of the "guest" I cannot say the same.
Therefore:
We are guests of guests. Hospitality should also be done by the guest to the host. The Service is not in a position to offer armed with powdered sugar and straw, us guests in servile work, attitude, EVERYTHING. If guests did not even greet and service forces in a condescending tone to appeal...I'm not going to upset me now.
But I rate the guests, which fit for me in the above scheme:
Talent-free in relation to natural behavior.
Now, the management of the hotel, more so as in the past. Thank you for some nice hours...And a threat: we are still here for a few days.
