I felt good, the sleep was relaxing, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. I was alone in a comfortable, clean double room. Thank you to the staff for their work and kind hospitality!👌

We had a nice stay in Plaza Inn, Goslar. We had two room. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Parking is available very close by. Breakfast was freshly made and plenty to serve. I left personal items in the room. Thanks to the hotel management, the shipment was completed. Meantime I appreciate the communication I received from the hotel, informing what the status was. Thank you very much

Our family loved the hotel: clean bright room, modern bathroom, balcony with chairs. It was quiet and cozy. The hotel is a bit old, but it has its charm. There were lots of families with kids. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The only disadvantage- it is a bit far from the city center (20 min by foot)

Here I came, and to be onnest, I did not have high hopes. Shame on me. It looks a little tierd, but is absolutely not. Here I have been met with the best service, I have experienced in years, and in much more expensive places. This is a real family Hotel. Here is high service and warm harts. Thank you for making my family and mine holiday, one to remember.

Normally I don't like being next to the train station; however this place was very centrally located and conveniently by the station. The area around the train station is not typical of that of larger cities and is clean and safe. The town itself is very walkable and small so it was very easy to just cross the street and be all ready in the old town near shopping, restaurants, and the start of hiking...

I had a good weeklong stay. As the other comments suggest, the hotel is starting to show its age, but everything is still fully functional and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location. I will be back next time I need to stay in Goslar.

Overall a good experience. However it is clear the time post corona is hard: Not enough personnel and some of the ecofriendly initiatives seem to ba a cover-up for saving money (which is understood). An idea: Why not hire a Danish intern during the summer time to assist in the reception/bar area? There seem to be lots of Danes and the idea is that they will be welcomed by a Danish speeking person...

Very average Quite old hotel, which you see when you enter the reception and your room. Ok room, but given the price, below par. Terrible bed.

Bad service It is disappointing that the Hotel did not guide os regarfing parking. As we should leave we needed change to pay for parking. And we almost paid 15€ too much for the parking. Luckily we returned to the reception for help to change chash. Only at this time we found out that it was cheaper and we could pay for parking at the hotel. Unnecessarily problems - and we had told that we came by...

Cosy Hotel, Friendly Staff Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel is virtually next to the Goslar Train Station. Short walk to the old town with beautiful wooden buildings, perfectly representing medieval Germany (pardon me if I am wrong), a wondering plaza, and the Kaiserplatz. Excellent housekeeping.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and exceptional breakfast. On map seems to be a bit far from the downtown, but it is only 10 min walking distance.

Delightful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, situated within 15 minutes walk to Goslar's old town centre. We've stayed here previously and would always come back if returning to the area.

Very nicely renovated hotel. Everything looks great. Also an excellent breakfast with a lot of choice! 10 min walk to the center. The necessary stairs. Just a pity that there was no air conditioning in the room.
