Bad service management
We got a room with no hot water. We adressed it to the reception and also at check out. We were told that he - the receptionist - could not give a discount, we should write a mail to the management. So we did, but got the answer that we should have complained, and that everybody that had complained had got a discount on side. We wrote back that we did complain and asked them to re-concider their answer. Know we hear nothing … instead they have fully charged for the room.
The room and location was beside that fine. But the feedback we have to rate zero because of this treatment

We stayed during the busy Easter period, which we understand is a peak time, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
On the first day, we skipped breakfast due to a 20-minute wait for a table. When we were finally seated, we were placed at a table with strangers, so we decided to leave—but we still payed for it. Most of the staff weren’t particularly welcoming, except for one kind team member who helped us change our breakfast time.
On the second day, we did manage to have breakfast (at a different time), but that too was a hassle. We initially waited for 15 minutes before returning to our room, then came back after 30 minutes. Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait that time. The breakfast itself was good, and we enjoyed the food.
As for the room—we had booked a “deluxe” room, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the title. At first glance, it looked nice, but it did not meet our expectations. The fridge smelled unpleasant and was not clean. One of the wooden floorboards was broken, and the beds were quite old. The bathroom was decent, except for one major issue: the shower. There was no curtain or screen, which meant the entire bathroom—including the toilet—ended up soaked after each use.
At night, the room became very hot, which was uncomfortable, especially considering it was only April and we had the windows open.
Finally, regarding the swimming and wellness area: the facilities themselves are great, but the water was too cold. I believe guests would enjoy it much more if the water temperature was higher. Personally, I found it too cold to stay in for long.

Stayed here with a group of ten people on motorbikes for 7 days. The female receptionist was very unhelpful and rude, constantly causing difficulties when ever possible.
The rooms were serviced once in 7 days with the towels also being replaced once in 7 days.

No electrical kettle in the room. Staff not very helpful even after explaining that we need it to make food for our baby. That has never before been a problem in any other hotels.
