We had a nice stay in Plaza Inn, Goslar. We had two room. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Parking is available very close by. Breakfast was freshly made and plenty to serve. I left personal items in the room. Thanks to the hotel management, the shipment was completed. Meantime I appreciate the communication I received from the hotel, informing what the status was. Our family loved the hotel: clean bright room, modern bathroom, balcony with chairs. It was quiet and cozy. The hotel is a bit old, but it has its charm. There were lots of families with kids. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The only disadvantage- it is a bit far from the city center (20 min by foot)

Overall a good experience. However it is clear the time post corona is hard: Not enough personnel and some of the ecofriendly initiatives seem to ba a cover-up for saving money (which is understood). An idea: Why not hire a Danish intern during the summer time to assist in the reception/bar area? There seem to be lots of Danes and the idea is that they will be welcomed by a Danish speeking person...

Bad service It is disappointing that the Hotel did not guide os regarfing parking. As we should leave we needed change to pay for parking. And we almost paid 15€ too much for the parking. Luckily we returned to the reception for help to change chash. Only at this time we found out that it was cheaper and we could pay for parking at the hotel. I think I have stayed at the hotel 10 times - as I can always park my motorbike in their private yard - close to the entrance. In addition, the service is professional and the rooms are always in excellent condition. And it is located approx. 500 meters from Brauhaus Goslar and the square

The hotel consists of several complexes that are very well integrated into the old town. The main train station is also within easy reach. Nice swimming pool with sauna, everything is well maintained. Rooms are modern, there is nothing to complain about.

Cosy Hotel, Friendly Staff Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel is virtually next to the Goslar Train Station. Short walk to the old town with beautiful wooden buildings, perfectly representing medieval Germany (pardon me if I am wrong), a wondering plaza, and the Kaiserplatz. Excellent housekeeping.

Nice family hotel centrally in Goslar. Great owners and staff has locked parking area for those who travel by motorcycle or bicycle. Would gladly stay there again.

Ok hotel, like any other. The breakfast was not anything special, but enough to a start of the day. The rooms was ok, but only two small bottles of shampoo for 3 nights, so please remember to take your own with you.

We stayed at the Hotel Die Tanne for one night on a mountain bike tour. We arrived drenched and quite dirty, but were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner and taken to the nicely furnished rooms. We were also offered help with wet laundry in the form of a tumble dryer. Communication was very good both before and during our stay. Stayed with a large group of family, we all had a great stay. Location was central so great for exploring. The hotel is very picturesque. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we all said we would return if we ever visit this region of Germany again.

Check in was a bit weird. Staff were behaving a bit odd. Didn't feel all too welcome. But clean and spacious room. Water preassure in the shower was non exicting.

Very centrally located, very cozy apartment for 2 people, including free parking 150m away in the C&A parking garage. Very friendly landlord. However, those who wish to cook on vacation will have to make do with a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove.
