More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Pleasant service, cozy bar, good massages, excellent service. We were in the main building. Perfect base for the Burgberg, Goslar and Werningerode (with the steam train to the Brocken, 1142 m high).

Great facilities, swimming pool and several saunas. Great food quality. Very polite staff. Comfortable beds. Rooms towards the road can be noisy but excellent three pane windows cut all road noise away. Very good value for money.

My wife and I stayed here in January while visiting our daughter. The hotel had been renovated which was still a work in progress and there was a barrier in front of the hotel that made it difficult to find the entrance. The check in was long and ridiculous with a tablet that you have to do yourself with the staff just standing there and watching you. I guess no one wants to talk with people anymore...

Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. This is a no-go .. and does not work at all ..

We were only here to eat. This was very good. The portions were also absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back more often on the next vacation, even if you run out of calories before and after.

Hotel Tannenhof Very nice, cozy room. Very attentive staff who go out of their way to accommodate requests. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a few days off with plenty of thermal spa fun. Cheap and nice. No breakfast and no refrigerator in the room. We booked this place because of the cheap price. It is in a really quiet relaxed place near the pedestrian street Before our arrival we went to a supermarket because they dont service breakfast. To our surprise it was not possible to keep the butter and milk cold because there are no refrigerator. We always bring our own coffee machine....

Beautifully located within reach of everything that you need to do in Bad Harzburg. I would have wished for better Wifi speed but the other factors keep the place absolutely practical. Family friendly too.

Villa Feise is (for me at least) a typical german Hostel/Hotel. Not a supermodern butique-Hotel, but everything was whole and very clean! The room was very comfy and quiet, we could here the neighbors when we were in the hallway but not in our room. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Sadly they didn’t have breakfast when we stayed there (I think because it was off season) but it wasn’t a problem...

All good! Location is OK. Parking is for free, that is good. We were travelling with baby, so we got baby bed and blanket and so on - that was nice! Hotel is a little bit old-fashioned, and you will be surrounded with only retaried people, but if you are looking for really silent and peaceful place - that is yout choise!

A cozy, small, quiet hotel where you feel well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were functionally furnished. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of cold cuts, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. Really very good for a 3-star hotel. We didn't use the spa facilities. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

I was given a lovely room in good condtion, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the heating effective, and the decor attractive. A very friendly hotel with access to the thermal baths. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast, the afternoon cake buffet, and dinner were all delicious. The evening menu was not only very varied but also very creatively presented. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms, what can I say, are quite dated. I was supposed to have a room on the ground floor next to the lounge area in the Hotel Winterberg, but that didn't work out at all. In the next room there was a pool table where you can play until 10 p.m. and the room had a view of car tires because there was a parking lot right in front of it. Luckily I was able to complain and I was given a different room...
