It's an excellent hotel if you are visiting Bad Mergentheim. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is also good. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

I've been there because of a business trip. About the accommodation everything OK, the food very tasty. I would like to point out the hotel staff. Extremely professional, polite and willing to help. Keep up the good work.

Excellent food, somewhat upscale quality and price.
At least last time ... This time the food was totally sub-par. Multiple people of our group did return their meat since it was dry and the opposite of tender. Not acceptable for this price level. Unfortunately neither the owner or her son or co-owner did comment on our criticism at all no sorry, no empathy. It was simply shrugged off. Very disappointed really. Service was good , but it should be customary to greet your guests hello and good bye, to make your customer feel welcome.

We enjoyed staying here during our bike tour. Slightly away from downtown, but well worth it. Probably best hotel in town. Nice rooms, very well maintained hotel, breakfast was fully stocked. Pizza place nearby is a must!

The food was excellent, but pricey

The restaurant was fantastic. We had some of the typical regional dishes and were blown away by how well cooked they were. Wonderful flavors and excellent portion sizes. On top of it, they brought a free starter from the kitchen to wet our appetite. Can't recommend enough!

We've been really happy with our stay here. You should definitely learn common phrases when traveling, but as an English speaker I was able to talk with the reception desk staff . Would highly recommend this place to any polite Americans.
