Clean room and breakfast was lovely

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down...

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

restaurant The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

Well-run hotel with a wide range of excursions and sports on offer. The wellness area in the hotel is satisfactory. Rooms and service are fine. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful. Many discounts with the spa card.

I liked location. I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and the trash to be taken out. During our stay, 6 noghts they did not clean the bathroom once, changed sheets or vacuumed at all.

If you take advantage of such a cheap offer, you can't expect a 4-star hotel! A friend and I decided to stay for 3 nights with half board and were completely satisfied! Our rooms were clean, the shower was great. We used the sauna and the indoor pool. Now in April there was always enough space there and in the restaurant. We enjoyed the large selection for breakfast, the midday snack and the warm evening...

Nice place and wonderful nature And the hotel was nice,old but nice now to the BUT...we were a group of 11 persons and we all agree to the question why aren't there any glas in the room,not eaven one in plastic in the bath room? So on the wishlist is glases and though there isn't a bar or resaurant near bye it would be good to have a waterboiler and some instant coffie or tea in the rooms. Otherwise...

It's worth to go there for lunch or dinner. The staff is so nice. The food is excellent. They sometimes offer special events - we were at a special theater event. It was amazing 👏.I didn't see the rooms because we not checked in in the hotel

It's an excellent hotel if you are visiting Bad Mergentheim. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is also good. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The hotel had two distinct parts the older part was authentic German. The new part with the pool was practical and the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and evening food was good.

A lovely hotel on a quiet street with a garden in the back. A quick walk to the old town, the castle, and the Kurpark. Hiking up the hill with numerous paths in the forest begins right across the street. Delicious breakfast, and Kind and helpful staff.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Nothing was bad, but nothing was outstanding either. Its name is Central City Boutique Hotel, so that is an accurate description of its location. It is located just off of the Marktplatz in the historic city center. There's nothing much for restaurants close by except some Turkish fast food. It's challenging finding the parking garage and then parking is very confusing

This is maybe the best hotel I've ever been to. Located straight in the center of this beautiful German town which means no traffic and a quiet place. We slept very well, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is very friendly.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the main sights. We enjoyed the small sauna and steam room downstairs and the staff were very friendly especially the owner of the hotel.

We were visiting from Texas in America and do not know any German. Daniela the front office assistant made sure to help us with where to go and supplied toys/paper for my kids to draw. She was the perfect point of contact since she could sympothize my position as a mom in another country. She helped me know where to take my son to the doctor when he was sick as well. Parking space for the car was safe. The Oldtown was reachable within two minutes on feet. Many places to eat around. Room was clean and warm. The coffe was good. All in the place is great.

We spent in the hotel a weekend with my wife. The location is beautiful, right in the city center, really perfect. It's unfortunate that our stay started with some negative experience: we arrived in the hotel on Saturday around 11 and simply wanted to leave our luggage there. Very nice hotel in a charming area. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English. The food was very good, particularly the Sunday breakfast buffet. The lunch and dinner options were pricey but delicious. The hotel is about 25 minutes walking distance from the town, but the view during the walk was great.

Great conference held here over two days. The food was excellent. Huge selection at breakfast and the dinner was awesome. The highlight was the Kitchen Party (Kücheparty) where you get to cool and serve your friends and family food. The soup for starter was very tasty and the main course had beef and seafood. Kaiserschmarrn for desert was one of the best I have tasted. Will be back.

A little bid outside bad margentheim, but this gives very nice view. In the hotel appliances it was stated A/C but there’s no A/C in the rooms. On not so warm days it’s fine as you can just open windows but I would not stay here when it’s really warm.

Decent hotel in a smaller town in the German countryside, great breakfast and pretty nice rooms I think. The one complaint I would give is the availability of parking. But other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

Spent the past week here and I have 0 complaints. The staff was friendly (speaking/knowing some German helps), the rooms well kept, and the breakfast buffet had an assortment of options that you would expect from a typical German style breakfast.; they even had scrambled eggs.
