We had a great stay as a family of five! Both apartments were clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Great value for money, especially with the nearby all you can eat & drink buffet plus supermarket and kitchen facilities inside the apartment. Would definitely stay again! Almost forgot to mention, free coffee and tea at the lobby such a lovely touch 👍🏼☕️

Stayed at the Elaya last December for one night and it was my worst experience in Germany by far. Got to the room 214, which had an intense humidity smell. After a few hours, I decided to take a shower and suddenly cockroaches started to come out everywhere (see photos attached). I went to the reception and the only thing they were able to do is to offer me another room. Nothing more has been done despite the pictures and videos I showed. No compensation was offered. Simply run away from this place.

Our stay has been enjoyable and comfortable so far; the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our house keeper, Rosalia Soto, always keeps our room clean and well maintained. Islam at the front desk has been always attentive to our needs, and is very kind. The staff's service reflects the good management of Miriam, the front desk manager, who has impeccable customer service.

The hotel was comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen. Some of the plates & cutlery stored in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. There was also silverfish in the room. On the positive side, there was free flow of coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at the lobby. The staff were friendly.

I have been staying here for a month to find a hotel where another business trip of my coleagues can come on a business trip continuously.
There have been no particular problems, but I have had some unpleasant experiences in the past month.
The manager here opened my visit once or twice without any explanation and could not explain it properly when asked why.
(Wasn't a house keeper, it was a kind of office manager)
I will check whether this is a simple mistake or a racist response.
I will continue to update Google and my company's reports during my stay here.

The rooms are good overall, i've been here for few weeks now, but every single morning at 10, the cleaners bang the doors and make sounds from ww2, every single morning.
