Great stay. Breakfast was wonderful

Room large and comfortable. With fridge and coffee machine. Bed confortable as the bathroom. Maybe the isolation is a little weak as we can hear neighbours next room.

Thoroughly impressed by the service offered by Mr Dominik (Front Desk). He supported me with an early checkin and also guided with some great suggestions to check out around. Only drawback would be the rooms do not have the essentials like tooth brush, body lotion, etc . But i could request one for myself from the front desk. Lovely hotel, close to amenities. Lift is a bit slow but understandable as we were a really big group all at once. Friendly efficient service, great bar and breakfasts are top class.

Very clean, friendly staff. A very simple breakfast included, but we were very satisfied with it. Free WiFi. The Chinese restaurant had not opened when we we're there, but we found a lovely cosy restaurant 750m away that served delicious German food, Stettemer Wiikeller. I recommend the cordon bleu with spätzle.

Wonderful staff, very convenient location (right next to the Swiss border and a short drive from Basel), clean and offers an excellent breakfast buffet. Child and pet friendly. Spacious parking in front. Also has a conference room and a bar. 👌

Great stay We had a great stay here. Really handy for the train station. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dated, but the bathroom was new and modern. The room was so clear. Would stay again :)

Are you going to Basel? Stay in a hotel in Lörrach :) Clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts, great coffee. When staying in a hotel, ask for free transport tickets. This gives you the opportunity to travel around Lörrach, but also to Basel or Freiburg, free of charge. Underground parking is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 per week.

Nice hotel in a lovely town. Not the most modern rooms, but it's clean, and has a mini fridge and air-conditioning. Staff is very nice

We slept in hotel Maien during our trip to Italy. We arrived very late because of all the stops with our toddler but everything was arranged and we could settle down right away. Great central location. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with L’Occitane toiletries. (Also had a hair dryer though this was not mentioned on the room description). Was a great stay .. easy to check in just follow the instructions and call the number provided if you have any questions. my only wish that there is a fridge in the room and also iron . + Fan is provided in the room + cleaning + so many restaurants to choose from + shops + can make coffee in the room its worth it. i had a great stay Danke

Prettig in centrum gelegen hotel.

Good sized room but not keen on glass bathroom doors that do not close correctly. Was surprised to be charged for bottles of water left in room - had mistakenly assumed these were complimentary 4Euros is no big deal but it would have been good to make the charge clear.

Clean, tidy, comfortable but lacking personality Great location, but the hotel made no connection with me as there was no-one to check us in - this immediately starts the experience negatively. Where's the warm, welcome guys? No food or drinks other than breakfast. Therefore, low score as this was a cold stay.

We stayed in room 2 which is above the cafe and it was noisy until late at night. Breakfast was very good and food choices covered all needs. Overall a very nice property very conveniently placed for shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay - very clean, excellent staff. We arrived after the reception closed and were able to easily access entry via key box. We collect breakfast, many options.

Massive room, super comfortable beds, very clean, nice location

It's only possible to have breakfast . Diner is not possible but in city centrum is enough restaurants. The beds were good en the room was clean.

I was completely impressed by this hostel. I have stayed in hostels before and this was, by FAR the nicest one I have ever stayed in. Because the hostel is adjacent to the pub and other businesses, I appreciated that the hostel area was secure accessible with keycards, as well as the rooms themselves. I missed out on breakfast but overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. Simon was absolutely amazing and so helpful, arranging a late check in and extending my stay with minimal effort. I really like the single beds instead of bunk beds, super comfy and everything you’d need.

The staff were ever so helpful. A lot of the staff spoke multiple languages, which helped a lot. (I am only English speaking) Catered for gluten free and offered oat and soya milk. Fully stocked fridge with beer, water and soft drinks. 5 mins walk from the highstreet. 20 min walk to vitra museum. Only rated 4/5 for condition because there was ongoing maintenance which I wasn’t aware of....

Happy to recommend Lovely small hotel in a quiet residencial area with easy assess by bus to Basel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and very well presented. Happy to visit again.

Everyone at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Especially Jasmine at the hotel reception was so wonderfully cheerful and lovely, she let us choose our own music to play when we were the only customers in the lobby bar. A clean, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast with good variety. Within walking distance of the train & tram station/stop. Hotel appeared to be getting renovated - this did not impact our stay negatively in any way.

The hotel was good for the money you pay. If you are looking for the minimum standard of hotel service, then you will not find it here. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. (Too bad there is no mini fridge) The structure has everything to be able to have fun. I recommend eating Neapolitan pizza at the restaurant, really excellent!!

This hotel is part of a sporting complex. It's at the end of a road in a quiet area. The room was average size and very clean and comfortable, but not fancy. A restaurant was part of the complex and it was good. We had a delicious pizza that evening. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Facilities: It is very complete. This hotel is a sports hotel. Not only the rooms are good, but there are also many places worth visiting around it. It is inclusive, with badminton halls, tennis halls, etc. It is really great.
