Easy, no issues. Warm room on a cold days.

Great location. Clean rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, though should have checked this before booking. Parking expensive and difficult to find, so need clear instructions. TV remote didn’t work. Gave our room to someone else, which was frustrating having been travelling and on the move for 13 hours, but gave a parking refund due to the inconvenience whilst they sorted another room.

Heidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

The parking lot is convenient, and the room is clean. There aren't many restaurants around, but it's quiet and the view outside is nice. I'm very satisfied.

Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip.

Suitable if you drive. It’s still few Km away from the main attractions. Clean and large room, friendly staffs.
