We had a superior room which was perfectly adequate for two adults and one child. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plentiful; there was something for everyone.

A red maple forest, an ancient castle, a 5-minute walk from the shopping street, convenient for shopping, beautiful scenery, and nearby ancient churches, castles and palaces.

Everything fantastic, but: unfortunately, sauna only open from 5 pm and no willingness to make exceptions. Why?

It was conveniently located near the station. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps because it was the Christmas season, I was happy to receive mulled wine and cookies as a welcome drink.

A very nice hotel right near the train station, yet quiet. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. I would stay there again anytime.

Great place to stay in Ludwigsburg. Right on the doorstep of the main station, it is so ideal. The rooms were so tidy and well equipped and the staff were great. Really easy to recommend and very reasonably priced!

During our stay, the staff at check-in, the bar, and breakfast were all very nice and attentive. The breakfast had many different options and was very good. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This terrific hotel is just a short walk from the train station and central bus depot. It has good facilities and very pleasant staff who were very helpful at all times of the day and night. Buffet breakfast was always fresh and reasonably expansive. Bicycles are available to hire and if the weather turns against you, umbrellas can be borrowed for the day.

Excellent place to stay. I think the rooms need a few more amenities such as hair conditioner, hand lotion and a mini fridge. Also it needs instructions on how to open and close the velux and blinds. Breakfast could do with a fresh fruit salad, the bread selection was great.

Very nice hotel situated in a lovely area. Hotel felt safe and clean and there was chromecast in the room which is always appreciated as an English couple in a non-English speaking country. Only gripe would be that the parking felt limited as it is shared with the surrounding golf course and other amenities

Beautifully situated right on the lake, with a park and golf course. Excellent restaurants nearby. A lovely spa area with everything you could wish for: sauna, steam room, and pool. Professional, friendly, courteous, and very helpful staff at reception. Beautiful rooms, a lovely complex and surroundings. All in all: "A place in the sun."

The Hotel is nicely located near that castle and close to the lake. My room was spacious and clean. My only and major criticism is that the walls seem to be paper-thin. Myself as well as several of my colleagues slept rather bad because the noise level was high.

In a resort, the environment is very good

The hotel is located in a nice area, very close to the lake and castle. Room is modern and wellness area is nice. The pity is about soundproofing. It can be quite noisy. We asked for a quiet room, but we got a room that was very close to the elevator.

Overall good, big room, complete facilities, the only drawback is that there is no kettle.

Very average hotel. Stayed for 1 night and honestly was very eager to leave since arriving and seeing the room. I absolutely recommend this hotel. And it was just the right distance away from Stuttgart to play in the big city and then retreat to the small town. The weight room was nice and the pool was even better than expected.

The hotel is in a rather remote location, but the environment is acceptable.

This is our second visit to the Goldener Pflug and for good reason. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and top class breakfast and restaurant evening meal. Parking on site very secure. We shall be returning again next year. Definitely a must stay hotel

Perfect place to stay if you need a place in this part of Germany. Friendly staff. Big breakfast. AC! And, a short walk to one of the most spectacular 18c German palaces. Several nice place to eat very close.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are very friendly. The hotel is close to the main station and the central area.

Fine but not as nice as in the pics In itself a good hotel but "overpromised" on the booking sites. I chose a more expensive room for a bath option that no longer exists and the parking was full both nights so needed to find place elsewhere. The bathroom was refurbished but not with a walk-in shower as in the pictures. But the room was spacious

Really good location accessible direct from Ludwigsburg Station. Fast check in, comfortable rooms and plenty of restaurants around Ludwigsburg for the evening.

It is very close to Ludwigsburg train station, just a one or two minute walk. I thought ibis budget would be relatively simple, but the room was better than expected, and the staff was very friendly.

Best value for money, which is the most important feature for me when I choose a hotel type accomodation.

This hotel offers the expected minimum for an affordable price. However at least a small wardrobe would be fine to put the clothes ín. Interior is nice and modern. Elevators are slow, so I preferred to use stairs instead.

The staff were very genuine and kind. I have an extreme fear of elevators, and every person I spoke to during my two days in Ludwigsburg were very accommodating and non-judgemental. The woman at the registration desk the night I arrived, even changed my room to the first floor instead of the third floor without me asking. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m very appreciative.

There's no parking at the hotel. You have to go to a "parkhaus". They've plenty.

We arrived to find everything was automatic. They allotted us room 19, which is up 3 flights of stairs overlooking a bar and square. We where surprised how big and clean the room was. We would recommend this place to everyone, but try to get room 19. We stayed 2 nights but never saw anyone at reception. Cleaners where very helpful. Excellent hotel, quite easy to find, very clean rooms and bathroom, self check-in. It is located very close to the Blühendes Barock. There is a huge public parking lot just across the street (4€/day). I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed here for a business trip. Breakfast is the same every single day. Normal day starts at 630am while weekend starts from 730am. Hotel is small but cozy. Only have the basic. If u r late there’s a check in kiosk outside. Right opposite a shopping mall.

It's good in general. But it is situated on a crossroad of two really big streets (almost highways). Rooms are not equipped with AC (at least you can't control it). So if you have windows directed to the road, you either sleep without fresh air or suffer from loud noise
