I had a lovely experience staying here and have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, and the upstairs restaurant did an outstanding job catering to a large crowd — the food was great. Older property yet pretty well appointed and maintained. There was a water spot on ceiling above the bed (kinda creepy but not a real problem. An easy repair if I or anyone reported this to management) also the bathroom sink clogged after we checked in. We arrived late in the evening and didnt have time to organize our things for a maintenance guy to unclog it so we worked around the inconvenience...

This is the second time I stayed here. Overall it was good. Great location, easy to find. The hotel hardware is good and meets the requirements of a four-star hotel. I saw many business travelers staying here. The environment is also good and quiet. The lobby is a bit small, but there are no other disadvantages. recommend!

Use of the hotel system is not smooth. The rooms are equipped with an electric kettle. And there are tea bags. However, the water provided is gas-filled water. So you cannot directly boil water to drink tea. The water service staff is separate from the cleaning staff. But she provides only one bottle of gas-filled water per room. My room was super hot! Not as clean as I would have expected. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower over bath was not ideal. Incredibly slippery with no grip mat provided.

Tired and dated Only used this hotel for a stop over so arrived quite late, only used the restaurant for food and no other facilities. Food was better than expected, staff very friendly, hotel is tired and dated, that said it suited our needs

The nights were very uncomfortable. The windows had no mosquito nets, so I had to sleep with them closed (room 107). In the evenings, giant moths and other insects came in through the open window. Otherwise, the peace and quiet was quite pleasant. The cook knows his craft.

This hotel is a typical conference hotel. That means most guests only stay for 2-3 days and in larger groups. The hotel is large but a bit old, though the heating is still very effective. The front desk staff are very good at communicating with guests. We booked an extra day, and despite several attempts to get a refund through Ctrip, we couldn't get one. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff offered to provide breakfast for two for a few days as compensation. This was a kind gesture from the front desk staff

Arrived late at night not very knowlegeable night watch. Parking underground for free. Afordable price. Comfortable clean beds. Moldy shower and empty shower gel dispenser. The breakfast is an extra cost, in my book still worth it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, but substandard Booked a Twin room as on route to a family holiday, room had no aircon , and where it was so hot we had the window open, unfortunately we were directly opposite a car wash so were rudely woken at 0600 when the car wash started, there was lots of noise from traffic. no mini fridge just a hole where it once was, staff were friendly but wouldn’t stay again

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for an overnight stop or for 2-3 nights. Reception staff a very friendly and helpful and speak good English to help with my poor German. Good hotel, good restaurant Minus - lack of parking

Fine hotel. Room is good with a tv, airco, fridge. All up to date. Small but adequate desk with decent chair. Sauna is small but with corona 2 is the max. Steam bath dus not work. Fitness looked promising but did not use it. Dinner was fine too, limited choice but enough to make everybody happy. Street side is busy with traffic, sound isolation seems to work well if you keep the windows closed.

The cleanliness and the careful way in which the rooms are decorated but also the smile with which you are received here makes you to feel like you're in a 10-star hotel. Room was not sufficiently cleaned (hairs on pillows, stains on blanket), bathroom was tiny with a shower with barely any water pressure. They ask €10/night for a dog, but there wasn't anything for him, not even a water bowl. There's a shisha bar in the courtyard, so there was some late-night noise. They also take up parking spaces reserved for hotel guests. Friendly staff though, with a nice breakfast

I got bitten by a flea while sleeping... The staff's quick response, the price, and the service were good, but I thought I was going crazy because my back was itchy for two days.

I came to see my brother who lives in this city and kept staying there for a day, so I ended up writing several reviews. Hotel Notbedham, a little cheaper than other hotels around here and right in front of the station. I've been coming to this hotel for three years because of its good location and reasonable price. The rooms, Wi-Fi, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff are excellent. What I'll never understand is why the hallways have been in such a dirty state for years.

You need to enter the 7826 password to enter the room, but no one tells you. After entering, there was a self-service check-in. After a long time of fussing, I finally needed to pay (Ctrip already paid). After waiting for half an hour in total, I came out to the front desk upstairs and asked if I wanted to check in. After finishing the process, I asked about the parking fee, but I didn’t know anything...
