We just needed one overnight. Everything was very fine. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the location cause it's so near to the city centre yet if you wanna have some nature or quiet walk you can just walk along the riverside there. It's pretty nice. There is everything you need around the hotel, so, great to stay.

Easy to reach from Pforzheim rail and bus station. The hotel is close to shopping area, restaurants etc.

Good communication via booking for com as regards check-in. It was very easy. Once inside if reception is closed then key in the details on the screen and the machine releases a regular key. Room was on the 3rd floor. No lift but I had a room facing the rear so very quiet.

Room was adequate. Clean with bathroom in good condition. Single bed, chair and desk. WiFi worked well. The room had a small balcony. However the window would not stay open so had to use a coat hanger as a wedge.

Breakfast was ok. Not a huge range of foods, but the hotel isn't big. Cheeses, cold meats, eggs, bread/rolls etc.

Overall good value for money.

Very fresh and clean feeling with a warm reception! The room was a little on the warm side and would have benefited from a fan to move the air. Otherwise, very quiet for being in such a central location to downtown Pforzheim. Felt rested and enjoyed the stay.

Very nice and attentive staff, secure parking is a plus, good breakfast, very quiet, comfy beds –– all good. If there's anything to criticise it would be the lighting and style in the rooms that feels a bit cold.
