Waited super long for the check in due to a system issue. It can happen but then you offer a drink to your nervous guests.
However, the hotel service is really bad, during my 4 nights stay I required twice for room cleaning at reception. During the whole stay nobody changed the towels and clean my room despite I requested twice at reception.
