The photos shown for this hotel are completely misleading and do not reflect what I actually experienced. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel safe—there were no security cameras anywhere, and the staff was unfriendly. The bathroom was dirty, the room floor had visible dirt, the towels smelled unclean, and the bed had stains. To make things worse, housekeeping knocked on my door 25 minutes before check-out time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Even when I left to explore the town, I couldn’t stop worrying about whether my belongings were safe in the room. I definitely would not recommend this place. 1/10

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 20 yrs. I haven't been since 2019. It apparently has new owners. Breakfast can not be added the morning of. It used to be included the rooms are very outdated. Beds are so uncomfortable. Linens are horrendous. Towels and wash cloths are so rough you dont want to rub them across your clean body.I am American and speak pretty good German. They do not speak much English. We booked for 5 nights left on the 3rd day and will never go back. The old owners made it feel like home. These owners have done nothing to make it better since 2019. Being an Army brat I loved this area but I will definitely never stay here again

Awful and unclean rooms, I saw 3 insekts on the bed and many hairs were over the blanket and mattres. Very bad and low quality services, plus noisy and not soundproof rooms.

Terrible
When we arrived, there was an issue with the WiFi, the fix however was a small mobile router that did not exactly reach to our room.
The cleanliness is questionable, mold in the bathroom due to insufficient ventilation in the rooms.
The blinds do not darken the room enough to comfortably sleep in, the curtains - even though in place - are not helping either.

Overall I would not stay here again.

Horrible hotel, rude counter staff. No parking was available. Music from nearby bars and clubs blasted all night. Wifi is non existent except in stairwell. “Terrace” is run down patio. Won’t be staying again, advise you don’t either.

Positive: - Friendly, courteous staff - Very affordable accommodation - Large parking area for cars (admittedly at the train station, a few steps from the hotel, and for a fee, but much better than using a parking garage) - Room with a "winter garden" and table, so you can relax there and don't have to heat the bedroom - Excellent location in the city Negative: - Cleanliness leaves much to be desired throughout the entire hotel - "Lobby" unfinished, cables hanging around - Breakfast barely adequate (although we place great importance on breakfast) - Public transport right outside (it's about a 15-minute bus ride to the Arcus Clinic's branch)

I've stayed in this hotel many times and every time was received with a very warm welcome. I've been to other hotels in Pforzheim and this one has become my favourite in regards with the price, location, cleanliness, friendliness, and the fact that the staff do their best to help me or my companion whenever we had a question or a problem even for matters outside the hotel. We also enjoy the delicious breakfast every time.

Very cheap price for very good rooms. It's very clean and comfortable. They even give you two water bottles for free as welcome present. Would come again!
