The hotel is located in a residential area and has a modern design. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's the perfect base for exploring the Lake Constance region, especially Reichenau, Konstanz, Mainau, etc. All amenities are available, including parking right outside and a small shop in the hotel.

We dropped in mid day and asked the proprietor, Herr Kögel, if they might have a room available for one night. Agreeing to take the Manhattan room with balcony and a spectacular view of the park and lake; we were warmly received the next day, dined out that evening...

Super nice modern hotel with extremely friendly owner. I arrived late (after 7) and it was no problem to check in and order breakfast still. You order your breakfast in advance which I found quite practical and super easy. I had a single room the room was super spacious with bathtub and shower. Extremely clean and the lights and blinds can be remotely controlled via a tablet.

Nice, modern hotel with an attached restaurant where breakfast is served in the morning. The hotel is located directly at the train station. With the window closed, the trains could not be heard. The lakeshore is just a few minutes' walk away. The on-site team is very friendly and courteous and responded quickly to my emails when I made the booking.

Everything is quite new, a lovely apartment (I stayed in "Zum Brunnen"). It has a small, fully equipped kitchen, a capsule coffee machine, and a refrigerator. There's a super-large shower, and guests have access to a bike storage room and sauna. Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them.

The "Relax annex" acts like a single-family house with two floors. Only a few have toilets in the room. Otherwise mostly shared toilet in the hallway. No WLAN. A small delete in the basement, where you can cook yourself a fridge with drinks against "cash of trust" and you can store cool there without things. It is a four-star hotel an hour away from Zurich. It's a nice hotel in Singen. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is kind. It is not refilled whether bottled water and coffee provided after cleaning the room are provided only once. The location is too quiet and the city is close.

We had our small wedding celebration at the Seerestaurant Adler and then we spent a night in the Hotel. We literally couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful environment and a more professional restaurant and hotel staff to accommodate our special day. Pleasant hotel to stay, very convenient located

Great location and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast bread was delicious, though it would be even better with more variety. The surrounding environment is lovely, with beautiful natural scenery including hills, meadows, and vast vineyards.

This is a standard chain hotel. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was just the right firmness. The parking lot is large, clean, and located underground, costing 10 euros. Breakfast was standard, pretty much what you get at all European hotels. You pay for parking yourself at the machine in the parking lot.

Travelled to Dettingen/Konstanz for a friends wedding. The room was HOT but comfortable enough. Breakfast was reasonable with a cold buffet served in the morning, though not particularly cheap. There isn't a great deal of choice in the local area but for a small town the hotel was good.

We booked this hotel through *******, which advertised this hotel as English and German speaking. On check-in, the staff member spoke no English , which really tested out German. The accommodation here is simple and very clean. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant food is really excellent. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and excellent dinners. It’s also very well located very near the ferry, lake and bus into town. It’s in walking distance to a fantastic thermal pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hot, no Aircon and if you open the window, we had the road, it was very noisy traffic even at 1-2am in the morning and the buses start early too! Really nice views and atmosphere but very stressed personnel. They blocked our card to the room 15 minutes before checkout and they start removing the breakfast 5-10 minutes before closing and are constantly on your table telling you they close in something like 10 minutes but they actually close in 20.

This is a great place for shirt stay in the centre of the city. Everything is close: harbor, restaurants train/bus station. The hotel is a bit outdated and some parts of the bathroom need refurbishment. One thing which was really very unpleasant was the mattress. It seemed to have a "hole" in the middle.

This wasn't our first time at this hotel, but unfortunately, the cleanliness has declined. At breakfast, some cups looked like they hadn't seen a dishwasher or weren't properly cleaned. We also noticed residues on plates and cutlery.

However, you can get free public transport tickets at the reception, and the bus to the city center stops right infront of the hotel. Therefore the location isn’t a big issue.

The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. Really good stay: nice room and good location (next to the bus stop Neuwerk). The hotel also provides the Bodensee Gastekarte, which can be used for public transportation. Only issue was with a dirty towel, but hotel staff was able to give me another one.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good budget friendly hotel at Konstanz. Good public transportation to the city, only 15 minutes. 24 hrs access by access card. But rooms are small which should be ok for 2-3 days trip.

This hotel met expectations for a one-star hotel — everything is very basic. It’s an Ibis “Budget”. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. Reception service was also very basic and not particularly friendly.

First of all, there is no parking option for your car. The only option you have is to park your car into a public parking place which costs 20 euro per day. (Hotel doesn't give you any discount). We had a very relaxing overnight stay while on a cycling tour around Lake Konstanz. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a balcony, the mini bar held a couple of free drinks which we enjoyed on the balcony, and the restaurant served a delicious dinner and breakfast. Shame we didn’t bring our swimming gear to enjoy the pool and sauna.
