Near beautiful Radolfzell lies a paradise
Magnificent oaks, Lake Constance, and meadows
But where should one stop and rest?
Where to leave one's jacket, where to hang one's tassels?
Many places to rest there are, yes indeed!
But only one place is the best. True!!
The hotel is situated near paradise.
But nothing there is bad or even lousy.
Iris rests, and Eve beholds you.
After just one night, it clicks:
Heartfelt hospitality, warmth, and relaxation.
It feels like your own home.
The rooms are tidy and well-equipped.
All the slats on the fence are sturdy and secure.
Breakfast is substantial and just like Mom used to make.
Delicious tarte flambée with the richest butter.
The stay unfolds before me like a dream.
The coffee goes down smoothly and delights the palate.
My rest will be: Hotel Iris am See garni.
Incredible, but it's hard to leave.

A beautiful and cozy hotel in a prime lakeside location. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive from arrival, through the generous breakfast, and right up until late afternoon. Absolutely peaceful and relaxing.
The owners and staff truly embody the spirit of hospitality. You immediately feel at home.
We'll definitely be returning to the Iris soon.

A quiet little place backing onto THE PARK AND THE LAKE.. The afternoon drinks with a light menu in the courtyard overlooking the lake was perfect prior heading off for dinner. Our host was welcoming and ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was simple but had all we needed.

Wonderful location with views of the lake, very friendly hosts, (I was lucky enough to get to the Breakfast, to recite poetry, the bird-watchers, thank due to that the owner felt encouraged to do that, wonderful!). I had a very nice room, I felt around very well and can only recommend it to others! Merçi!

Very friendly on the phone and on site. Clean hotel and good breakfast. In the side street, trucks can also be parked, which is also interesting for one or the other. Gladly again
