Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: Good. Close to the airport. Very close to the exhibition hall. One stop by the light rail.
Service: Very good. The restaurant downstairs has good food.
Unable to go back to room the next day and was told to pay for another night when I’ve pre-paid via Trip.com. Informed the male reception that I had pre-paid but was told to make a deposit but instead he charge my card instead.
Was confused but nevertheless spoke to the lady reception the next day upon checking out and they told me there’s some mistake they made and have the refund to me.
For a Wyndham hotel to have such service level was quite unexpected.
