The room did not have a sandals, the breakfast less options and everyday they have the same menu. The breakfast’s staffs are quite rude to the foreigners. But check-in’s staff are quite friendly and very helpful.
The location of the hotel is really good, nearby to the Vietnam restaurant and Train station

Typical ibis - clean small room. Exactly as expected.

The check-in was smooth and quick. After the checkout I could leave my bags for a couple of hours.

The location isn't bad at all, 5 minutes walk to the next public transport station.

Overall, it was a great place. However, it coincided with the European Cup, so there was basically no service at the front desk. The breakfast was also quite basic. There are no commercial areas nearby, so finding a place to eat was a big problem, as there was only a Vietnamese pho restaurant across the street.

When choosing a hotel for a business trip, I opted for Ibis, a chain brand under Accor. The standardization of the brand made choosing a hotel much easier for me. Most importantly, there was parking available.

I give 3 stars for location because I booked the hotel under the impression that it was near the train station. It is but not the one I meant. It is about a 40 minute walk to the city center. Other than that the hotel is quiet. My room is comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but filling.

The company also helps book hotels for business trips, and the transportation is relatively convenient. I can't say much else, but the price-performance ratio is decent, so I always choose this option.

The room I stayed in had the layout of most ibis hotels I‘ve been already. It was a basic room, which was clean and I can’t complain about it. I just would be happy, if there would have been a water kettle to prepare a hot drink. They staff was friendly and helpful to me. I also could get a late check out upon request. Although there are almost no restaurants or shops around, I would choose it again.

The hotel is well located, 2 stations away from the Hbf, though the walk from the U bahn station is a bit long (7-10min). The staff was very professional and friendly, could converse in English well. I had no problems with checking in and checking out. The room was spacious. There were not many amenities as you would expect from a 2-star hotel (no fridge, no toothbrushes...) but it was not a big problem for us.
