Stayed here for a night during my Porsche European delivery - was only there to sleep so couldn’t comment on much but the service was exemplary the entire time and would stay again though feels a bit more like a business hotel. Also an incredibly convenient location across the train station.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Steigenberger Hotel. Great location as it’s right next to the walking street, across the street from the train station and there’s a nice city park on the other side of the train station. Also a supermarket one block away. Looking forward to another stay!

The location is relatively small, the room is not bad, not very high, the food is quite delicious. Overall it is relatively clean. Opposite the station, there is an ATM machine opposite the station. The first time I went to the ATM machine to withdraw money, my card was swallowed. To withdraw money, you must be quick to get the card first, and the card was swallowed in a few seconds.

The room is big for Germany. Breakfast includes salmon, Chinese porridge and steamed dumplings, etc. It's a bit surprising. It feels higher than the Holiday Inn in China. It deserves the four-star rating. Parking is also very convenient, and there are many free parking spaces nearby. The room is clean and sanitary, but the facilities are old. Overall, it is good for travelers who only stay for one night.

Very nice location. Mitte is a 10 min walk. The breakfast was pretty good especially because we need to get out early. The rooms super comfortable and nothing short of great quality. The parking is right underneath but it is extra and is not free since its a public garage. Plenty of spaces though.

Two people came to attend the exhibition in Germany. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. It takes eight to ten minutes to drive directly to the hotel. Parking is charged at 5 euros a day. The breakfast is quite rich. Although the room is a bit small, it is quite pleasant to watch the sunset with a balcony at night, because it is basically dark at 9:00 pm in Germany.

Good hotel in the south of Stuttgart, large and varied selection at the breakfast buffet, moderate parking prices. Tram stop nearby, shops also available around the corner.

Almost all rooms in the hotel have a small balcony, where it is very pleasant to sunbathe. The hotel breakfast is also good. It is far away from the downtown area and you can experience the comfort of living in Germany.

I agree with a lot of others, that this isn’t a 4 star hotel. It’s fine. Rooms are clean at the minimum. There is not much in the way of services you’d get with a 4 star hotel. No restaurant, no bar, etc. It’s all fairly outdated. I left my key in my room and they don’t have the capability of making a new one it seems, so had to have the cleaning staff let me in. Ok this hotel is in a weird location so be prepared to take taxis everywhere. But the hotel restaurant is pretty terrific, I had a couple of excellent dinners there and the hotel breakfasts were out of this world. Lovely hotel, a good selection during breakfast time, free WiFi and an ample carpark for guests. Only one issue that if you sit external to the restaurant at night (in the corridor) the waiting staff are not as attentive to guests dining in the corridor as to those in the main restaurant leading to longer waiting

Service was excellent. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was really good. You can choose from a lot of options. Gym is basic, but at least they have a gym where you can do a basic morning workout without leaving the hotel. I enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is in an excellent location, five minutes' walk from the train station. The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and very cost-effective. This business trip happened to coincide with Christmas Eve, and the hotel also gave every guest a Christmas gift package for free!

A decent hotel. The room and the toilet are good. No fitness area. The food in the restaurant is also okay. Free internet.

Good amenities, except for the internet which was disconnecting all the time. Good breakfast. At 3rd floor you could hear a little bit the street noise, so I would recommend a higher floor.

The heating system was not ok at all. The temperature was very low in the room even though Germany in January is cold and wet. Morning showers not recommended as hot water not running only from 7am. Typical German breakfast. Overall nice experience.

Everything is somewhat dated, but still in good enough condition. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side of the building, because the closed window made the street noises sound like the window was still open

I picked a hotel randomly when I passed by it occasionally during my trip. The surrounding facilities are very average. I feel that the surrounding area is not very safe. It is indeed very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and parking is very convenient.

Passing through Stuttgart, Germany, I specifically checked in at the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mercedes-Benz Museum, next to the Stuttgart Stadium. The room is very large, the breakfast is very good, and the price is less than 1,000, making it the cheapest hotel in this European trip.

Near to Mercedes Benz museum and Stuttgart zoo also easy to get to the city center with transportation around like bus 45.

Charming little hotel. The single room was quite small but very tidy. The service was good, though the language barrier posed some challenges. One staff member seemed unfriendly, possibly due to the language issue. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is nice and is located in a very quiet place, yet not far from city center. Service and staff are great. For being close to city center it offers surprising wellness opportunities. Room though seems a bit too small for being a Queen size. Reccommended in general.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Despite being right next to the trams (which is wonderful for connections throughout the city, but has the potential to be noisy), the rooms are very well insulated so almost no external noise can be heard. Bed was also very comfortable. Thank you!

Close to the centre. We were there for the Christmas markets. I think eccentric might be a good word to describe this hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Possibly the smallest bar I've ever seen. You'll be in heaven if you like Coy fish! Would recommend.

The hotel is beginning to look a tad dated, but the rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was in the hotel and good. The restaurant oddly was down the street. The hotel had very convenient parking, but very limited spots. We had a special request and it was carried out cheerfully by the staff.

Very creative and high level. Great taste

Amazing dine-out experience. They said they will continue takeout until mid March - great opportunity to enjoy a Michelin star at home. Medium preparation required - many wine options. Ordered through email - they speak great English and offer instructions in English as well! Will definitely try again and look forward to when they open!

They are trying to hard to be fancy but when they don't add the fluff the flood is still star quality

Too expensive for what it was, but staff very friendly. Awkward rooms with toilet in a far too small cupboard (Sunrise room). Breakfast was as expensive as an evening meal and not that great. We left feeling underwhelmed.

My favorite special event ( anniversary / birthday) restaurant in stuttgart . Food is magical , restaurant is immaculate , elegant yet quirky. Been here 4 times in 2 years and can't wait to go back . Service can be a bit impersonal sometimes but everything else is so unique it makes up for it.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, but it is in the city center, so it is convenient to get around. The hotel is close to the cemetery, so it is very quiet if you are not afraid. The breakfast is quite complete, so it is OK overall.

Ok hotel but full pf conferences and the services informed on thei website do not match eg Beauty Salon. Signs in the hotel are unclear and the pool area is not luxurious, just a small pool. Air conditioning doesn’t really work nor cool the room. Breakfast was fantastic!

We didn’t have a good first impression as the room wasn’t cleaned when we entered after getting the key from the check-in desk. We were asked to wait while they cleaned it, but since it was already late (6 PM), we requested a room change. Aside from the initial issue, everything else was just okay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the grand lobby to the immaculate rooms, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every need was met.

We had a great stay in conjunction with the musical Tina and a visit to Stuttgart. The only surprise was that German was a foreign language at the hotel (I am bi lingual, so not a problem), however I do find it strange. Anyway, we had a great time and friendly service too.

The location is ideal for visiting a musical. The hotel can be recommended for this reason.

Spent quite a bit of time here and we absolutely loved it. The suite is so spacious and the views are wonderful. Lovely staff that are attentive and extremely helpful. I've stayed here multiple times in the past, but this most recent one left me feeling like the hotel is losing its luster. I got in late and had to change rooms twice because my first two rooms didn't have working air. The staff was very helpful with getting me a new room. It is very close to the airport, less than 5 minutes' walk. There are large supermarkets and subways nearby, which makes it very convenient to get to the city center. The breakfast options are diverse. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

I've come to a conference in Stuttgart and stayed 4 nights in the hotel, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive! The hotel is literally across the road from the airport, yet it feels cozy and luxurious. The Stuttgart Messe -the convention center - is just 5 minutes walk away, and so is every kind of public transport. The hotel offers great breakfast, clean and tidy rooms with all the amenities...

The one thing that is surprising is that there are no USB ports beside the bed. I had to use my laptop charger to charge my phone overnight, which isn't needed at most hotels. But that's a small thing.

The only good thing is near to airport!

It was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The bed was big and very comfortable. I was greeted at the reception with friendly and informative staff. The hotel is also very quiet and you would absolutely not know you're at the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.
