Really nice very clean and great location for business trip

The hotel has a history, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also plentiful. However, the bathtub in the bathroom is extremely dirty, with yellow stains in the drain hole, making it unsafe to use!

Why was the air conditioning broken?

The hotel is within 2-3 minutes walk to the Airport Terminal but the buildings are not connected. Walking outdoor in the morning was a bit cold. Easier to find if you are taking the S lines to the airport. The U line is further away from it. Helpful staff and have everything a traveler will need.

The location is perfect, close to the airport. The room is nice and clean. The only small problem is that the fridge was not cold. We had to call the reception, they offered us to put our food the the fridge at reception. They only gave us one bath robes, we called and they said they were running out of bath robes.

Everything was good, except the service is bad, first they charge +1 day room rate if check in few hours earlier, and for the luggage, they don’t handle it for you, they will give you a stroller and you have to pull your luggage by yourself . Otherwise location is great for early flight

From the outside, it look old building, but the room has been renovated. Breakfast is good, and the location in quite area, and easy to get free street parking on the side of the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit remote, but there's an S-train station right outside that connects directly to the city center. The surrounding area is relatively quiet. The restaurant on the first floor has good food.

This is my second stay here. Last time I stayed for four days, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. There are several restaurants nearby, including a very good Italian restaurant that's delicious and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, better than Holiday Inns in China. They even had salmon, as well as Chinese dumplings and congee. This four-star hotel truly lives up to its name. The location is also excellent, and parking is free.

I stayed here for the first time, on a business trip. The room was spacious and very clean. Although it's about a 15-20 minute drive from the city center, there's a public transport stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the grand lobby to the immaculate rooms, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every need was met.

We had a great stay in conjunction with the musical Tina and a visit to Stuttgart. The only surprise was that German was a foreign language at the hotel (I am bi lingual, so not a problem), however I do find it strange. Anyway, we had a great time and friendly service too.

The location is great, despite the major construction in front, but some updating is needed inside. My mattress has a significant dent in the center and was not easy to sleep in. The room is not bad otherwise, but I'll likely try another place next time I'm in the area.

It's very close to the airport. From the departure level of Stuttgart Airport, you can see the P6 parking garage in the distance. Then cross the skybridge and walk straight for 5-10 minutes. It's very convenient. The room size is acceptable. I checked in two hours early, and the hotel checked me in for free.

Transportation is quite convenient, and it's not far from Stuttgart Airport. Considering that Stuttgart time is relatively late, staying here is very convenient. Booking late might mean there aren't any rooms available, which can be quite stressful.

A lovely hotel within easy reach of the city center. You can park in the underground garage for €16 per day. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended.

It was easily accessible from the airport. Staff was quite helpful, there is not a private parking area of the hotel yet they help you with a reasonable (16 € per day) amount for the parking lot just around the corner. Room is clean and big enough. They have also provided a crib for our daughter. Breakfast is so great, they have a great variety of cheese, ham, tea, coffee, bread, fruits and vegetables...

Satisfactory: Location good; Room satisfactory; not so good: I arrived at approximately 07:30 and was informed that teh restaurant was closed but Pizza available at the bar, and teh bar closes at 10PM. I opted to eat elsewhere returning at 10:45 thinking I would have a night cap, but the bar had already closed. Otherwise all ok. Thanks.

The room was classic, the facilities were a bit old, but the cleanliness was good. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The only downside was the hotel's location; it's on a hill, so walking there from the station with a lot of luggage was quite a hassle.

I travelled for business and so wasn't needing lots of amenities...clean bedroom, food, bar. Bedroom was fine, but restaurant had closed when I arrived at 19:30 or so. I was told the bar glossed at 20:00, so went out for food ( bar did serve pizza I was told), arrived back to the bar for a nice red wine...not. the bar was closed at 20:50. I was given a room upgrade I was told on arrival. Hard to see...

Was greeted by a rather unpleasant employee during my check-in. Trying to explain things like a child is demeaning, DON'T do it!! For a room costing 140€ a night, I expect to not have any complains. But the rooms lock system is so unresponsive, you need multiple attempts to unlock and in the room, the part of the roof which is supporting the air conditioning was tainted so much and needed maintenance...

I liked this hotel. Rooms are nice and roomy enough. Rooms were also really quiet. Only downside was too thin pillows. Rainfall shower was excellent. Breakfast was really good with enough variety. Location is not the best and parking in shopping center is not convenient.

It seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.   If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either...

A separate parking tower is located next to the hotel building, offering paid parking. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, Rewe is within walking distance, making it convenient. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

What a nice surprise we had arriving in this hotel! Clean , very professional staff , great service, rooms are spacious and comfortable! It was good and inexpensive, but you shouldn't expect more than that. Breakfast was relatively expensive. If you just want to sleep there, it's a good place.

Spent a night there, nothing was bad per se but it was also a pretty forgettable experience. Room was quite outdated (but clean) and dark because of the trees blocking the light. Service was very slow and not the friendliest, probably our biggest complain. Breakfast was quite good but quite expensive (so are the coffee and snacks during the day).
