Hotel and restaurant complex at the side of the motorway. Very good rooms and bathrooms, good sound insulation from the motorway. Very good restaurants and bar with large terrace. Excellent food and drink. Excellent breakfast buffet. Much high standard than many motorway hotels, always a good stop-over.

Hotel was a good stop off point for drive back to the UK, clean, tidy with good facilities spa and pool, good breakfast in the morning.would certainly stop again if in the area again

Great rooms, modern, clean, and very stylish. The hotel staff were super friendly, both at check-in and at breakfast. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the main train station. The city center starts right behind the hotel. Ulm Minster is a 10-minute walk away. I'd be happy to come back.

Great Hotel! Our room was very spacious and comfortable! The service provided was excellent and the bed was very comfy! It is in the perfect location, with the great sites and shopping of Ulm close by.

Great quality hotel with a generous breakfast buffet and exceptionally friendly staff. Perfect stopover from Belgium to the Alps for me and my family. They went above and beyond when I forgot my pajama, proactively contacting me and even offering coffee on my return passage, which I couldn’t pay for. Truly a rare, warm human touch!

We stopped here unexpectedly because of our broken car on a Saturday afternoon. The service were directly spot on and helped us with their fridge to cool our food. Thank you! The note when you enter the room, "This room is not cleaned today this to reduce environmental issues .." does not feel you welcome. The in total 7-parkimng spots are very limited for such a large hotel. No dinner options, old room interiour, very friendly lady at the reception in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were big enough and clean. The hotel is close to the centrum and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and helpful. An advice, that air conditioning would be nice though.

Recommendation Nice room, nice beds, nice breakfast, parking in garage on site, really beautiful city. We had a room facing the road which meant a lot of noise during the night, but all in all a really nice stay for the price.

We had an overnight stop here on our way back to the UK from Italy and had an absolutely lovely evening. The hotel is lovely and quaint, with wood panelling and features throughout. The two rooms we had were perfect for our needs and were really well equipped. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant however the guesthouse opposite was suggested and we had an absolutely superb meal there - highly recommended...

A nice apartment with a good layout (except the bathroom) and an okay location despite all the construction nearby. However the room had a strong cigarette odour which could not be resolved with open windows. The unit was also quite marked up from previous guests and the bathroom towels were very worn out.

It was disappointing to find trash in the trash can. I never received an email about getting into the apartment, so I contacted the hotel outside in the scorching sun, but received no reply. I thought the location was close to the station, but it wasn't. I chose this apartment because it had a gym, but it was closed due to construction. All the rooms face the street. It's very noisy and there's virtually no parking nearby. The bathroom and kitchen had been cleaned very superficially.

Because it is close to Munich, it takes an hour and a half to drive. The room price is much cheaper than Munich. It is very convenient to travel by car. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a small and special place.

Same as the previous comment. The hygiene is extremely poor. There is a thick layer of dust. It is difficult to find where to pay the parking fee.

During the exhibition, hotel prices in other places are surprisingly high, but this one is quite cost-effective, with self-service check-in and check-out. The advantage is that there is a kitchen where you can cook, and the hygiene is acceptable.
