RiKu HOTEL Neu-Ulm

I stayed for a few days on a business trip and I wish to state that staying at this hotel was definitely a very good choice. The hotel is quite close to the historic center of Ulm, which is a big plus, as it allowed me to visit the city center easily on foot after work. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and also very quiet, which surprised me quite a bit due to the hotels proximity to a main road. The breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were big enough and clean. The hotel is close to the centrum and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and helpful. An advice, that air conditioning would be nice though.

Hotel is OK. Breakfast also nice. Parking is difficult.

Every year we come to New Ulm to celebrate Mama's Birthday. Since it is only a five minute walking distance to her apartment we checked in this Hotel. I like the very clean, spacious rooms and the modern facilities. But the only problem was that it is warm inside the room in the month of July when we come. One time i slept on a soft mattress that i couldn't stand up the next morning because of my sciatic nerve pain. The second year we checked in i brought my own small pillow to support my back pain' So it was o.k, It is not common to have air condition in Germany so we make it a point to bring with us portable electric Fan. The breakfast was satisfactory, the parking place behind the hotel was also possible. The staff are friendly and helpful. So i gave 5 Stars.

Room and hotel was amazing. Everything looks new and service was very good too. The only minus for me - it was hot both days I stayed there and I had to open windows to get room cooler and to be able to sleep but because of it I could Hear a lot of noise from the outside. There were people hanging around the hotel at 2/3 am and they were very loud.
And with closed windows was too hot in the room.

Very nice hotel for a stopover on the way back home from ski holiday in Austria. Very friendly staff and great service. Only parking space can be a bit limited. Keep it up!

Nice hotel, nice food and nice beds. Well placed in the center of the city.

It is a well-located hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, in particular Kadir Cin who are always willing to walk the proverbial second mile. The breakfast has quite a variety and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I can certainly recommend the RiKu.
