The only good thing is that the room comes with a kitchen. The room is very very basic. No room cleaning service during the stay. I did all online check in required steps and still my PIN did not work when I firstly arrived. And I was not informed the new Pin,of course on the second day, still waited at the entrance for some time.

Really nice apartments at a reasonable price. They are well decorated and stocked and there is also a laundry room which is very helpful. Staff were helpful when we arrived with bicycles and showed us to the secure locked storage. Would stay again.

Staff in Brera Ulm is very friendly and ready to help. Rooms are comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. I personally liked a roof top terrace, which is available to all guests, the most. Recommend this place either for long or short term stay.

My experience here was wonderful. Cosy and clean unit, within minutes of Ulm hbf, Supermarkets and historical city center. Remarkable though, is how friendly and kind staffs are. They patiently helped me to sort out how things are in my early days in Ulm/Germany.

Spent a long weekend with a friend in Ulm at Brera and it was honestly the best choice! Everything went smoothly, got prompt responses to my enquiries via email, very kind staff. The Location is close (quick walk from the train station), near the center where we got plenty of choices for restaurants and cafes. The room was super clean, calm, well furnished and very cozy. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect place to stay: there is everything you need and the apartments are well designed. I stayed there the time to find a place to live in Germany and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the location is ideal: close to the train station and grocery shopping. I would recommend this place.
