We were made extremely welcome and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The tram route runs next to the hotel and during the morning and evening this can be disturbing. It is at least 500 metres to a restaurant that serves anything but street food and there is no facility for a warm drink in the evening. It is a good place for exploring the old town where...

Great location for maybe winter or spring but there is No A/C in the room or lobby areas (probably true for most of Augsburg and Munich - so ask before you book) and it was brutal in mid-August. If you open your windows at night to try to cool off the streetcars run until at least 12 midnight and wake you up promptly at 6 am - we asked to be moved a "quiet" room on an inner courtyard after the first...

Decent place with friendly staff. Decent value too we thought. Well located just outside main town. Clean room and decent breakfast. Excellent parking (when available) Only issue we had was with the trams which ran quite late into the night and woke us up. (Ask for a quiet room if this is likely to be an issue)

A pleasant and clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff in good location. About a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the train station and a very short walk from all of the many city centre sights. I would happily stay there again.

Our suite needs thorough carpet cleaning, many stains were visible. Staff at the front desk was nice when approached, otherwise busy with personal talks. This hotel is Michelin star hotel, and it was fabulous. Excellent location!! The room was incredibly beautiful and clean, huge bathroom, and very comfortable bed with fluffy pillows! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I really recommend this hotel and would love to come back again soon. Augsburg is so pretty!!
