The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. The staff are often in the corridor during the day, making lots of phone calls and talking loudly. This is not pleasant. The room had a door to another room, and we could hear the people in there. This was also disturbing!

Very happy we chose to stay at this hotel. Overall the hotel is well maintained throughout. Most importantly, our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hats off to Pam, the hotel guest service agent, who helped us extend our stay. In the evenings, the lounge was a very comfy place to have drinks and relax. Would absolutely stay again.

They don’t let you do an early check in to advance with the paperwork (we didn’t need the room immediately just in case was possible to do the check in and leave our stuffs and later receive the key) Weren’t nice to express at the moment we asked if we can check in saying specifically is it 3 pm? We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. Amazing hotel, great location, Too service, staffs were all friendly and warm, extra kudos to the restaurant teams as we were there to celebrate our friends on their wedding and they were all on their feet to attend to our Food and drinks needs. Its was an amazing experience here.

Our reception on arrival left us feeling dissatisfied but the hotel was otherwise good. Before arrival, we had booked a comfort room through booking.com. Initially we were going to book a standard but saw on the hotel's website that comfort room bookings included access to the hotel spa. Located near the highway but not close to the center (however the area is served by the tram). Hotel with restaurant, indoor pool, spa, private parking. Breakfast, wellness center and pool are not included in the price for standard rooms. Even though the parking is the hotel's own, they still decided to charge 10 euros per day.

Not too happy I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. the doors were hardly locked and for the lift you had to wait at least 5 minutes but the conditions of the room were good and clean

Definitely not a four-star hotel. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. One of the rooms was cold even with the heating set to maximum. Most of the travelers selecting this hotel will drive, the location is a little bit far from the CBD, if the hotel  can reduce the parking fee by 50%, it will score excellent .

Good and comfy. The hotel is pretty nice. Rooms are big and well equipped. Cleaning is on par with your expectations for at hotel like this. We were two families. Two kids each family. We had connected rooms. Worked really well for us. Communication was sadly a bit poor in the beginning, but after some time the staff solved the issues we had arriving.

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before...

This is a SUPERB hotel, really well designed, the whole concept and theory is professionally invented. Room was good fit size, equipped, clean. Besides the breakfast area there is a common cozy kitchen area where you can cook, boil, bake your own meal, even bring people together. Checkout is correct, at 12.00.. The hotel is located slightly off-site, the facilities and environment are OK, but the front desk service attitude is not good.

The hotel is very nice. The salt sauna is marvelous. The food (breakfast and dinner) were very healthy and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

We loved the location, facilities and staff. The staff was so helpful as we were dealing with some medical issues.

Most spacious suite, had to stop myself thinking of it as an apartment. Luxurious bath was a treat. Loved having coffee machine available as well as room drinks facility. Enjoyed the quirky surroundings and even a couple of games of pool. Would love to return.
