Definitely not a four-star hotel. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. One of the rooms was cold even with the heating set to maximum.

Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were friendly. The receptionist at check-in was very pleasant, which made a good first impression.

Unfortunately, the check-out experience was disappointing. The receptionist did not smile, did not ask whether everything was okay, and came across as unprofessional. This left a poor final impression, which is why I am reducing my rating.

Good size room. Really worn down. Room was not cleaned on arrival. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.
Will book again for the short biz trip.

the doors were hardly locked and for the lift you had to wait at least 5 minutes but the conditions of the room were good and clean

Very disappointing for €260 per night. The double bed was not properly made: only one side was prepared like a single bed, while the other side was left unfinished. When we asked at reception, they said this was normal, which was quite surprising. Also, housekeeping only cleans the room if you book it in advance while you're out. For this price, I definitely did not expect to have to request basic room service.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

First of all, housekeeping is apparently “on request only”, but the problem is that no one tells you. There’s no information at check-in, nothing. So you only find out on the second day, when you come back and realize your room hasn’t been cleaned at all. Pretty unacceptable for a hotel that claims a certain standard.

On top of that, I paid for a double room for single use, expecting at least a properly prepared bed. Instead, only half of the double bed was made, while the other half didn’t even have sheets on it.

Overall, poor communication and lack of attention to basic details. Definitely not worth the price.

I paid too much a superior room and I realized that the room was old fashioned and not so clean. I could accept it just for cheaper prices. The breakfast was good.

The room was very spacious. Very nice to have kitchenette and table. Excellent breakfast selections. Helpful staff. Quiet.

The hotel environment and sanitary facilities are very poor.
After booking 2 orders, the subsequent order is not cancelled...
I'm going to tell you guys to avoid this place. If you want to stay here, don't choose this one.

They are trying everything to satisfy their customers. Free ice creams at the reception. Excellent breakfast with very high quality products. Very Spacious rooms. Will stay here again
