Although it's far from the station, it's very conveniently located for getting to the city center. There's a supermarket next door, so it's easy to buy souvenirs. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. Coffee and tea were available, but it was a shame that there was no water. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Good location. But the restaurant space is limited and very busy specially when the hotel is fully booked

I visited for a business trip to Fraunhofer, and the facilities were great, and the hot water was excellent. There's a steakhouse nearby that's absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located not far from the station and is only 5 minutes from the city center, making it very accessible. The front desk staff is also friendly. I plan to book the hotel again next time I visit. ^👌

Nice and comfortable room, with heating which was much appreciated in the cold weather. Very easy to leave & come back after hours. Reasonably priced & friendly staff. Best part though was the breakfast buffet- the breads, cakes and jams were made in house and were so delicious 😊

If I ever visit Augsburg again, I'd stay here again. The quiet atmosphere, with a view of the park in front, was fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent. Bicycles are parked outside, but the structure is designed to protect against rain.

Wife and I stay here every time we visit Augsburg. The owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Making us feel right at home. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well maintained. DIY You have to rely on yourself as there are no personnel in the hotel especially at night. They are only there in the morning.

Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in.

2 stars Its was a last minute hotel for us, and 3 stars is a bit high - but there was a indoor pool that pulled 2 stars from us. Guess no one in Germany speaks English anymore, and there was no services to our stay -

The room is very hygienic and clean. It is very close to the city. It is very suitable for shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast is especially satisfactory. Not only does it have a wide variety, but the quality is also very good. You can relax and enjoy the nutritious beauty while traveling.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is on a beautiful little street just steps from the very grand Maximilianstrasse--easy walk to the center of everything, the grandeur of the city hall and shopping district, yet very peaceful and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous and excellent.

It’s a very nice place, and if you are looking for cheap prices, it’s the perfect one. Great and comfy rooms, kind service in the morning and superb location in the middle of the city. If you don’t have hundreds of euros, I absolutely recommend.

Maybe a little dated, but quirky and clean! The staff was super friendly! The breakfast room was full so we needed to move to another room. Three people were carrying our plates, food and stuff over and helped to set us up. Great location!

Quiet new feel rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast is a bag with one crassaint and bagel, yogurt and apple. Plus coffee or tea. For me thats just enough. Staff are also English speakers and are pollite and helpfull. Great location.

Everything was great, from the payment process to the location, the cleanliness, and the room—all 10/10. Nothing bad, and when I return to that area of Bavaria, it will be my first choice for accommodation again.

My experience at the B&B Hotel in Augsburg was truly enjoyable, with a seamless check-in process at the kiosk and a very welcoming receptionist. The beverage offered sex on the beach, available in a bottle, was delicious and reasonably priced, and I would certainly consider staying there again.

Very comfortable hotel for visiting the city, the bed is super comfortable. The receptionist was very attentive.

The check-in on the small screen in the lobby is complicated and not customer friendly. The rooms are descend size, clean and well maintained but cushions are too flat. Breakfast is okay but not offering Nutella (or any other brand) is a pity. Overall we are satisfied but there’s room for improvement.

Friendly, clean, nice breakfast and moderate price. Check-in and out is very easy !

We arrived a bit late, but we were lucky enough to be greeted by Dennis, who was as helpful as you can hope for. He helped with every request and questions we had . Great location and nice interior design but the internet was unusable for anything but light touch emails. It was impossible to work/download a presentation/load websites. Tried the room and the lobby and the best value was 9.59 Mbps download.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the city centre, and there’s a parking garage right around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy on a Sunday, when everything showed as closed on Google Maps. I definitely recommend this place

It was no air con in room 124. So it was very hot, was unable to sleep. Open window was idea, but it was loud noise from the train station all night. The fridge didn't work and produced hot air in addition to summer heat. Breakfasts were good: scrambled eggs, sausage, pastry, vegetables, yoghurt. Staff was helpful.

The hotel was clean, centrally located, and offered a great breakfast. A public parking garage was conveniently located just 100 meters away. We found the rooms to be a little dark for our taste and quite small. However, the staff were consistently very friendly and helpful.

The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and will take you to the historic city centre and its main attractions in just a few minutes. The fairground of the popular Plärrer, Swabia's largest folk festival, is only 350m away (the festival takes place twice a year for about 2 weeks, always around Easter and in late summer) and the Curt-Frenzel-Stadium is 550m away.
