Excellent accommodation for a business trip or a weekend in Augsburg. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the wellness area is a little paradise for relaxing after a long day.

The facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains. Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are dated but clean and decent enough. WiFi was not available for all rooms except the lobby throughout the entire stay. I’m not sure if they are unserviceable or if they simply do not provide them at all. It seems unreasonable for it to be down for such a long time in a hotel. Edit: Upon checking other reviews, it seems like this hotel does not provide room WiFi at all...

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas (23-25.12) in the Junior Suite. We found the quality/price ration truly amazing: around 120€ per night (without breakfast) and we had a gigantic room on the 34tg floor. This hotel is Michelin star hotel, and it was fabulous. Excellent location!! The room was incredibly beautiful and clean, huge bathroom, and very comfortable bed with fluffy pillows! Located near the highway but not close to the center (however the area is served by the tram). Hotel with restaurant, indoor pool, spa, private parking. Breakfast, wellness center and pool are not included in the price for standard rooms. Even though the parking is the hotel's own, they still decided to charge 10 euros per day.

Not too happy I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. DIY You have to rely on yourself as there are no personnel in the hotel especially at night. They are only there in the morning.

Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in.

2 stars Its was a last minute hotel for us, and 3 stars is a bit high - but there was a indoor pool that pulled 2 stars from us. Guess no one in Germany speaks English anymore, and there was no services to our stay -

I give this a good review. The rooms are clean, they offer swimming pool inside and their gym. Their breakfast was great definitely booking again in this hotel.

Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg. The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Bathroom was especially nice. Super clean with even towel warmers.

The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. The staff are often in the corridor during the day, making lots of phone calls and talking loudly. This is not pleasant. The room had a door to another room, and we could hear the people in there. This was also disturbing!

I haven't stayed in holiday hotels much in China before, but I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Parking was convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. I don't know what the current standards of Home Inns and 7 Days Inns in China are like, but this Holiday Inn Express seems nothing like Holiday Inn. My god, it's so shabby. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and the bus terminal. There's also a small supermarket nearby for shopping. However, there's no air conditioning in the room, only heating.

Although it's far from the station, it's very conveniently located for getting to the city center. There's a supermarket next door, so it's easy to buy souvenirs. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. Coffee and tea were available, but it was a shame that there was no water. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

I visited for a business trip to Fraunhofer, and the facilities were great, and the hot water was excellent. There's a steakhouse nearby that's absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located not far from the station and is only 5 minutes from the city center, making it very accessible. The front desk staff is also friendly. I plan to book the hotel again next time I visit. ^👌

Loved the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee access in the lobby. We easily found parking which is great when you have a rental. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open in the evenings in case you don't want to eat out. Great option.

Despite the lack of staff, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it ;) I'll book again immediately if the price is the same.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

The tram route runs next to the hotel and during the morning and evening this can be disturbing. Great location for maybe winter or spring but there is No A/C in the room or lobby areas (probably true for most of Augsburg and Munich - so ask before you book) and it was brutal in mid-August. The hotel was clean, centrally located, and offered a great breakfast. A public parking garage was conveniently located just 100 meters away. We found the rooms to be a little dark for our taste and quite small. However, the staff were consistently very friendly and helpful.

This is a small, classic hotel with a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. However, the mattresses are quite soft, so it may be difficult for people with weak backs. The breakfast menu is elegant and tasty, although there isn't a wide variety. Free parking is also a plus.

Good position if you travel by car. Very large and nice room, the bathroom was also large, but its lay-out could have been better. There is a restaurant downstairs, but this didn't bother us.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

It's very close to the train station. I walked here by myself. It's a few hundred meters away from the tourist attraction, the municipal square. For lunch, go to Qinghuan. The supermarket is very convenient. The only thing is that there is a cemetery next to it. If you don't mind, it's very convenient to stay.

Very nice family run hotel with attention to detail. Well located in a quite residential area. The manager, his wife and staff were always there to help and give advise. The hotel is on a beautiful little street just steps from the very grand Maximilianstrasse--easy walk to the center of everything, the grandeur of the city hall and shopping district, yet very peaceful and quiet.
