Very nice hotel. Price/performance above my expectations

Hotel gave me the wrong room. 2 single beds instead of the queen-size bed I booked. The receptionist was never there and when he was there, he was useless. The cook and head chef in the restaurant next door was the rudest and most unprofessional in his discipline. I had the same thing confirmed by a dozen other hotel guests.

Absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay!

The hotel is very well equipped but you can tell that it is not yet fully up to scratch when it comes to service. But that was no problem and every beginning is difficult ;-) The breakfast was good and sufficient.

Cool new hotel in Dachau with nice rooms, some with a kitchen. The corner of town does not have many restaurants, so it is definitely a good option for longer stays. The staff and especially the hotel manager were very friendly and tried hard. Very large parking lot.

A very nicely furnished new hotel in Dachau. There were three of us in a suite and immediately felt at home. Staff very courteous and nice. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was something for every taste. The service from the breakfast buffet was particularly nice and courteous.

A new, wonderful hotel in Dachau! I'm excited! A designer hotwl, the front desk staffed by Mr. Pop, he even brings us to the room! Very friendly and helpful! The manager speaks to us, also very nice! And then: the room! Better: the suite! Great!

A very nice new design hotel! Very friendly welcome at the reception from Mr. Andrei Pop. He showed us to the room and showed us the hotel, great service !!! If you see my photos you will know why we will always book this hotel in the future. The room was a suite, even with a tea kitchen and a large fridge.

BEST HOTEL!!!!! This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so stylish and spacious. The bed is sooooooo comfortable and the bathroom is amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff are so nice and friendly and help with anything that you need. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were completely okay, the staff was very nice and helpful. No matter what you asked was answered to my complete satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

As a hotel garni, that is, with breakfast only, and within its price range it is definitely good value. Rooms are quite big and have full equipment for doing your own cooking if you so wish. Very clean.

My family spent 4 nights in Lutter Hotel. The room was really comfortable and large, always clean. Breakfast (included) was very good with a big choice and the staff has been always polite and available to support and explain. It's in a strategic point to visit Munich (5 minutes to the railway station by foot).

Nice little inn. Double beds still have single blankets/duvets.

It was a lovely stay at the hotel; it was very centrally located and quiet. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed indefinitely. So you always had to look for somewhere to eat in the evening.

We can only say great things about Deutsche Eiche! I am American and my husband is German. We have been coming to this restaurant for about 6 or 7 years and really love it. One of the best beer gardens in Munich! The place is absolutely beautiful on a sunny weekend to sit down and relax with friends and family! I love every single dish that was created and served! One of my favorite beer gardens. Lot's of nice and big trees, shadow, the cooling river "Würm" and the food as also quote ok for a beer garden. Recommend to have a look and try.

The beer garden and service are really nice. There are tables beside the river and if you are lucky you can see some ducks. It is a bit quieter than an average beer garden in Munich and I would definitely recommend it.

This is my second time here and I will keep coming back. This hotel just feels like home away from home 🥰. Just about 4mins walk from the trajn station, clean and the staffs are so professional and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and supermarkets nearby. The room facilities are quite complete, including a gym and a self-service laundry room (which was a bit dirty). The study area on the first floor is great. Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for long stays.

The bed is large enough for two people even though it's a single room. The room is clean, quite quiet and not far from the train station. There's a gym and a rooftop terrace from which you can see distant views of the Alps. There's a washing machine in the underground (4 euros for washing and 3 euros for drying).

Perfect offer with the a good deal! Spacious and clean room, house keeping is very detailed, well equipped kitchen and the shower is amazing! Free beer tastes good. I enjoy my stay the maximum.

The hair dryer was broken. Staff provided a new one which is even better. The water pressure for the shower is not enough. The toilet's flush is also not strong enough to flush at once.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it could be considered a bit small. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the toilet being separated from the main bathroom area felt inconvenient. Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

Excellent service and everything perfect

Location was good, close to the Olympic Park. No shower or hair wash etc, just hand soap. Bed was OK but furnishings were a bit dated.

During Oktoberfest, their prices were really reasonable. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there's a subway station right outside, which is convenient. However, when we arrived, the parking lot was full and we were told to find our own parking spot, which was really inconvenient. Also, all the restaurants nearby are quite a distance away. Other than that, everything else was fine; the hotel breakfast...

Room and front desk guys are nice. There is one guy in the restaurant that has been extremely rude and requested other two Arab-looking costumers and me (East Asian looking) to wait and queue and then went on to small chat with German costumers. Another Asian looking waitress was really nice and led me to the seat and the two Arab looking guys seemed to decide to leave. I don’t like this at all and...

Location is good, close to subway system. Staff is friendly. Very close to the Olympic Park with a nice view.

The air around the hotel is fresh and it's very clean. It's also super close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it's great value for money. However, it was freezing cold! I can't believe how cold the room was, and the ventilation system in the bathroom was full of dust.

Great location, right next to bus and subway stations, and very close to Olympic Park. The surrounding buildings are all modern, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom really fell short; it wasn't very good.

Absolute wonderful! Rooms very clean, Service good, the only minus Point is the Parking Price.

Very overpriced for what it was. Very basic hotel and room was very small

It was a lovely hotel near to Olympia Park - it was quite a distance from Oktoberfest though, where I wanted to visit. There's not much around Olympia Park and I didn't find it easy to use the public transport, so I walked around 7km each visit. I was very happy with the room, it was comfortable and quiet

It's small but expected. Room cleaning is only available for every 3 days. The staff was very nice to arrange one extra cleaning for us as we didn't know extra cleaning need to arrange online. We tried once online but the cleaning was completely missed. The problem is cleaning staff only available before noon. When we came back at night with all used towels on floor, we can only get new ones from reception...

Nice budget hotel. Worth the price.

check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

The front desk was so funny. They knew I was staying for two nights, but they insisted on activating the card for one night first, and then asked me to come down the next day to activate it. When I came down the next day to activate it, another front desk thought I was going to check out. After I explained it to her, she was very confused about the situation.
