Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it could be considered a bit small. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the toilet being separated from the main bathroom area felt inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally kind and upbeat, which really enhanced our experience. Despite a few minor design issues, the hotel met our basic expectations and left a good impression.

Stayed here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest and it was great. So close to the Moosach station and so quick to get to the centre of Munich, so many bakery’s and shop nearby. I would come back

The location is very close to the tram and the Moosach interchange. The room was quite clean, but the carpet smelled like urine.

Awesome location, a terminal station for tram and U-Bahn, making you always have a seat.
Nice and friendly staff.
Room is compact as expected, since it's good for its price.
The hair dryer was broken. Staff provided a new one which is even better.
The water pressure for the shower is not enough.
The toilet's flush is also not strong enough to flush at once.

Excellent clean efficient hotel. Grab and go breakfast no full breakfast room. All in all great hotel. But you need to have an iron and board available.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, easy check-in, very clean room & bathroom, comfy bed - everything you needed was there. Possibly to store luggage for a bit after Check-out. 10/10 recommend

The staff was friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. Nice, quite environment, easy distance from the areas I wanted to visit during my stay. Loved the encouragement to be mindful of how your actions impact the environment (one of the reasons why I pick B&B hotels is for their consciousness of the environemnt and sustainability).

Had a great stay at B&B Hotel Munich. Very accessible from the subway and tram stations.

Friendly staff, but the room was on the ground floor and without a proper window, so one could not see outside. Also only one door for both the bathroom and the toilet, and the door was a sliding one with very little privacy. Not even a decent hostel standard experience.

It's directly accessible from Munich Central Station or the airport via the S1 line, and is very close to the train station.
There are convenience stores, pubs, and bakeries nearby, making it convenient for food shopping, and the U3 line is also connected.
The facilities were generally clean, and the staff were friendly.
