For 15 days , I stayed in this hotel.
Hotel receptionist are very polite and helpful.
Hotel is comfortable.
They give free unlimited wifi.
Kitchen facility is available
It have gym and laundry system.
24 hr hot shower water is available.
Also you get good breakfasts.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel.

On the following morning after the incident, a male receptionist approached my son in the breakfast lounge, brought him to my room, knocked on the door, and complained about him directly to me. After this experience, my son became frightened and lost confidence in communicating with others.

At first, I believed his reaction would be temporary. However, as our trip in Europe continued, I noticed that he has become increasingly anxious and more introverted when interacting with people outside. As a mother, I deeply regret that this situation may have affected him in this way.

I would like to emphasize that this concern relates only to the conduct of this particular staff member. Our interactions with other hotel staff have been polite and positive.

Therefore, I kindly request that the hotel review and consider this matter seriously.

Good clean rooms with all that we needed, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a 5 minute walk to the ubahn.

I would rate the hotel itself a 4. You can feel its age here and there — a sheet with a little hole, a curtain with a story of its own. Small details that don’t ruin the stay but do remind you the place has seen many guests already.

The staff, however, is an absolute 5. So polite, attentive, and genuinely kind that you forget about any shortcomings. My room issue was solved quickly, with sincere apologies and even a thoughtful complimentary gesture from the hotel. I was helped by two young ladies and their senior colleague — all three wonderfully professional and warm at the same time.

And yet, one of the young ladies left a particularly strong impression: her gaze was both soft and predatory, like that of a panther. That rare mix of charm and strength that suddenly makes you stop noticing both the curtains and the sheets.

In the end: hotel — 4, staff — 5. And this is exactly the case where it’s the people who turn an ordinary stay into a warm memory.

‼️‼️ At first, everything seemed great, the hotel looked nice, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. But unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by an incident. At around 3 am, two heavily drunk women broke into our room while we were sleeping. It was terrifying. Even after they were pushed out, they kept banging on the doors, speaking aggressively and even making threats.

They could have stolen something or even caused us harm and that possibility alone is alarming.

This is a very serious safety concern, the fact that anyone can just enter the room where guests are supposed to feel safe and rest is extremely dangerous.

Bad review, bad review, bad review! The service level is really disappointing. I asked for a quilt and it was not available for 3 consecutive days. I had to ask and remind them every day, but they never wrote it down for me! !

I love the gigantic bear at the entrance. It sparks lot of joy, the location is extremely dog friendly with a huge park next to them. The gym is rather small with some dumbbells, a treadmill and bike. The shorter little chubby Indian receptionist has amazing service attitude.
Our room is a bit dark and the kitchen is also small but it is completely normal for Adagio Access.

I've stayed in this apartment-style hotel countless times. There's a 24-hour free coffee machine downstairs, a relatively basic gym, and you can cook your own meals in the room. It's very friendly for guests on business trips who don't want to eat out. It's not far from the subway station.
