Excellent location. Very comfortable, clean room with a great bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast with a very good selection. Weather permitting, food can be consumed outside, overlooking the Marienplatz.

Excellent hotel for a relaxing stay. Stayed here in the spring for two nights while in the area. Rooms are large and clean. Balcony was shared with other rooms but beautiful. If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. The way the staff went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome is something I'd never seen before, and it singlehandedly turned an unpleasant and stressful day into an amazing evening that all of us will remember.

Very friendly service and super child friendly. The food was really delicious, the portions generous and everything impeccable. The waiting times also leave nothing to be desired and the ambience is nice and clean. We cannot understand the bad other reviews, can recommend everything without hesitation and would be happy to come by again on occasion.

The hotel is oldfashioned, at least spotlessly clean. The welcome was not warm either. Apart from a nice breakfast and a lovely lady serving us there was not much one would come back for. Maybe the nature around.

Everything was very nice and well taken care of. The Hotel has a lot of small details for the guests that make the stay really enjoyable. Our third time here, brilliant each time nothing to fault. Staff are kind and professional, making you feel very welcome and cared for. Hotel offers a wonderful pool and an excellent wellness spa. We stayed in hotel Berwanger Hof for a week. For some time together for the two of us. And as a base for cycling tours around the Allgäu. The place is great. Very nice location: quit, with a wonderful view. Nice spa (to relax after cycling or treat yourself to wonderful, professional massages). Amazing food. And everybody here is super nice and attentive. Simply everything we hoped for.

Excellent family run hotel. We had the "feel-well" package with breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake&coffee. Dinner is excellent, you can tell that the chef (dad of the family) is putting his heart into it. The mom, running everything else, takes excellent care of the guests. It was very nice at the Kräuter Alm; the various salt and herb blends are also a delight to enjoy at home. The iced tea served, freshly brewed by the chef, was a delicacy.

We recently spent a few days in the Allgäu in the Kur und Aktivhotel. We really liked it. Nice staff, we had nothing to complain about. Thanks to the cleaning staff who put a smile on our faces for one day with their little hearts. Lovingly furnished and clean hotel with nice hosts and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated. We stayed for 5 days at the Hotel Hirsch. Away from the main road, but able to access many shops and restaurants easierly and quickly.
