Things the hotel should improve:
1. Breakfast is rather light, no beacon, no sausages, no local food, no cereals, except from scramble eggs no warm/cooked food. No smoked salmon. Lightest breakfast I’ve ever had in a 4 stars.
2. No shampoo/shower gel. Never experienced that in a 4 stars
3. No slippers
4. They don’t have still water or sell still water for the room
5. No fridge in the bedroom
6. Food is not amazing
7. I’ve travelled worldwide and lived in several hotels and non have ever asked me to deposit €10 for the bedroom access card.
8. Kitchen closes at 8pm. So last order is 7:30
Other than that I enjoyed the swimming pool (normal water) and sauna although very small. Their homemade jams at breakfast were really good, very clean hotel and the staff was kind.

I can’t wait to return. Wonderful meals served in a gorgeous setting. I spent 5 nights here. Great hiking and exploring. Highly recommended.

Too expensive for the services provided. Would fit to a price of around 150/night max. 200+ is too much for what you get. Kitchen is good, sauna is good, rooms are meh.

It’s a 4 star hotel, with a quiet location. When you have a room on the south site, the view is fabulous. It’s also a good point to go for a long walk. Rooms are clean, spacious and food are very good

A lovely escape into the Alps. If you are looking for an authentic Bavarian experience, then you will find it here. Excellent food is prepared by professional chefs. Staff is courteous and prompt in service. Amenities include a pool and spa. You will not find better accommodations in Bavaria

Fantastic authentic Bavarian hotel and restaurant with great views of Nebelhorn!
Indoor pool, beautiful sauna and outdoor seating next to their own stream with mountain views. The food was great and the service friendly and attentive! Would definitely recommend to others!

It’s a fine hotel with a very nice view when you have a room on the south site. Rooms are clean, spacious and wel equipped. The food is very good. Friendly people, and good for walking and biking.
