If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. The way the staff went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome is something I'd never seen before, and it singlehandedly turned an unpleasant and stressful day into an amazing evening that all of us will remember.

A lovely little country hotel. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He asks about your needs and tries hard to fulfill them. The food is delicious.

We were there as a group. Unfortunately, one person had to cancel at short notice due to a bereavement. The bill was paid in advance, and cancellation wasn't possible—no problem so far.

Now, I've been waiting for three months, after numerous calls and emails, for confirmation of my cancellation so I can claim the costs from my travel insurance. Unfortunately, without success.

Therefore, I can't really recommend this hotel.

I had a voucher I wanted to redeem beforehand. Unfortunately, the process was more difficult than expected. The redemption information wasn't clear enough for me, and it wasn't possible to redeem the voucher without some fuss.

I also felt the communication could be improved: replies were late or incomplete, which unnecessarily prolonged the entire process. As a customer, I would have appreciated clearer instructions and more transparent communication.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, as a straightforward process and friendly communication are especially important when redeeming vouchers. I hope this will be improved in the future, as it would significantly enhance the customer experience.

The rudest staff there is. Had cheese spaetzle, portion too large, not seasoned and no salad to go with it. With the schnitzel, the side dish and the sauce are charged extra. Can't do it at these prices. Absolutely not recommended. If you don't want to receive guests, you should leave it alone.

Got a room at short notice for an overnight stay, it was really great.
Cleanliness can be better. Breakfast for 15 € per person is out of all proportion to the offer. Thank God I've experienced friendliness differently.

Very friendly service and super child friendly. The food was really delicious, the portions generous and everything impeccable. The waiting times also leave nothing to be desired and the ambience is nice and clean. We cannot understand the bad other reviews, can recommend everything without hesitation and would be happy to come by again on occasion.

Very nice country hotel, you will be greeted in a friendly manner and taken care of. The food is really excellent. In our case the room was very small but clean. Only the many flies on the terrace were annoying. Can definitely be recommended.
