Bayerischer Hof in Ingolstadt

Was very pleased, The rooms were always very clean.Very friendly lady in the morning at Breakfast .Would love to come back.

This review reflects the personal opinion of my parents:
The Hotel is in a Central location. The room equipment is in order. If you like a kind of barley coffee, the Breakfast edible. We were already the second Time to visit and were received at the first Time by a older lady, very warm and nice care. Disappointed, we were on our second visit in terms of hospitality, unfortunately, in several points: when you receive a younger lady was very short and our demand for another coffee at Breakfast was unfriendly dismissed. Particularly in the reminder of the day of departure is left to us, however. Only in retrospect was explained to us that a cash payment would have been associated with significantly less cost. We can agree to the Slogan "hospitality is our passion" in the end, unfortunately, only partially.

The hotel has a good location, and it has a private parking place next to the building, which is free. The internet is soo slow, I used my mobilenet instead of that free internet. The receptionist did not give us too much information when we arrived, and we did not have to sign any form. The breakfast is normal like sandwich and cereals. Thr coffee could be better. There was no balcony and refrigerator to the room. It is nice that they has more personally contact with the long term visitors, they know their names. They should change really small things to do it better, but in this case it is only a ok category for me.
