The facilities are a bit old. Very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The towels don't smell very good. The surrounding environment is quiet, a little noisy on the street, no problem with closing the window. The room is a little lacking in soundproofing. There are not many restaurants around, which is not very convenient. The hotel bar can provide dinner.

The location is just fine. Hotel room was not bad, but you cannot expect more. The lady who came from Asia, checked out my room was very kind. On the other side, the lady who checked in was very "SAD". She looks like she hates her job and the people she is talking to. By the way, you MUST check your room bill. Cause we found some charges that's not real.

A very nice short stay while we were on our way to Slovenia. The room is quite big and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Very good value for money. The personnel at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. 10-15 minutes from the city. The Fitness room could do a little lift up with a few basic weights. I'd happily come here again.

I really liked this hotel. The service was very friendly and were always concerned of how we are. They always greeted us in the morning and the location was awesome. I dont recommend coming the summer, cause the rooms are very hot and u can barely breathe. The shower and sink water flew everywhere once u started it. But overall it is good 👍

I enjoyed my two night stay at this very centrally located hotel. The decor was a little dated (1970s with a touch of medieval) but this was part of its charm. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A generous buffet breakfast was included which was a real bonus.

We stopped here during our journey to Slovenia. Basic but comfortable rooms, however it was very warm at night (no airco). We were pleasantly surprised by the generous breakfast however, a great way to start our day. We did not have time to explore the area but the location is not the most attractive.

We rented two rooms. They are decent for a quick stay when you want to "break" a long trip and be rested when you travel the next morning. One room #7 was smelling bad as someone had been smoking in it. The other room was clean. The breakfast and the coffee are really nice, which is important. Staff is also friendly. Altstadst Hotel Ingolstadt is located at the good location in Ingolstadt town, walking distance to the heart of Ingolstadt. It has two buildings, which is right across the street to each other, the staffs here are very friendly, gives you the feeling like staying at home. Room is clean and neat, while space is economy.
