Super nice personal, could do a late check-in and clean rooms.

The facilities are a bit old. Very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The towels don't smell very good. The surrounding environment is quiet, a little noisy on the street, no problem with closing the window. The room is a little lacking in soundproofing. There are not many restaurants around, which is not very convenient. The hotel bar can provide dinner.

The location is just fine. Hotel room was not bad, but you cannot expect more. The lady who came from Asia, checked out my room was very kind. On the other side, the lady who checked in was very "SAD". She looks like she hates her job and the people she is talking to. By the way, you MUST check your room bill. Cause we found some charges that's not real.

Business hotel and nothing more. The room was a single and it’s actually the first time in my life that I get a signle bed. The room was a bit small but had everything and was very clean. The water for 4€ is a bit too much in my opinion. Breakfast has a limited choice and is not of very high quality. Receptionist was not at all interested in speaking english.

It was okay in general, the staff was very friendly. In the room the shower is a bit impractical, because of the door. The soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and the construction was damaged so it did not really work to be honest.

Almost everything was great. Points of criticism: The duvet is small, measuring 200 x 135 cm. For someone used to a larger duvet at home, this isn't very comfortable, and I also didn't like the pillow. Many hotels offer a choice of two different pillows, so you can choose the one that suits your preferences. Otherwise, everything was good: quiet, clean, and the breakfast was adequate.

Was a good hotel and I had a good stay. I had some bad points during my stay. The window was leaking some noise and wind in. The central heating did not function, So I used 2 x oil heaters provided. The safe's batteries had an loose connection.

Stayed only one night in Ingolstadt at the Rappensberger. We selected the junior suite. It was a wonderful room. Spacious, plenty of space to unpack clothes, large bathroom, great view. I must admit that I didn't have high expectations, as this hotel is very cheap - but wow, it actually has the same standard as much more expensive budget hotels. A good bed, own bathroom, ok space, free parking. No staff on-site, but app and digital locks works fine. I recommend it.

I enjoyed my two night stay at this very centrally located hotel. The decor was a little dated (1970s with a touch of medieval) but this was part of its charm. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A generous buffet breakfast was included which was a real bonus.

The hotel was in a quiet village so it was quite restful. There are church bells but that is part of experiencing another country. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. There was plenty to eat at breakfast. There is plenty of off street parking, this is good because the hotel is in a small residential area.

Nice family owned and operated inn. As it is not part of a chain you maybe don't get the same amenities as in other hotels with the same price (as other reviewers mentioned), and the hosts don't speak that much English. But to me this adds to the charm of the place as it is more authentic. The hosts are quite friendly and were very patient with my (very bad) German. They have a nice biergarten too

Altstadst Hotel Ingolstadt is located at the good location in Ingolstadt town, walking distance to the heart of Ingolstadt. It has two buildings, which is right across the street to each other, the staffs here are very friendly, gives you the feeling like staying at home. Room is clean and neat, while space is economy.

We stopped here during our journey to Slovenia. Basic but comfortable rooms, however it was very warm at night (no airco). We rented two rooms. They are decent for a quick stay when you want to "break" a long trip and be rested when you travel the next morning.
