Where to stay in Landshut

The service was great, and the stuff were excellent. It was located with a great location right near the train station so it was easy access to Munich another cities. The room was overall compact and cozy and believe perfect for the price overall a great day and would recommend for a short trip to Germany. 

It's right in front of the station, and it's an average hotel with nothing special to say. The bathroom floods easily when you use the shower...

The hotel is located near the station so it was easy to access the old city in Landshut. Not much around the station though. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of variation. The room was comfy and enough to stay for a short stay.

Very good location. Near the Landshut train station. There are many shops and restaurant in a walkable distance. The room is clean and comfortable.

Close to main railway station, not the town. As you would expect room wise with an Ibis. Check in until 2200 at the bar. Plenty of English spoken.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Really great breakfasts, variety of fresh food and products to pick from. Nice and friendly service. Really pleased to have stayed in this hotel, it was definitely a good choice and can strongly recommend it.

Old Bones, fresh facade. Rooms are clean and freshly facelifted. Bathrooms not much. Slow drains and finicky plumbing. Front desk staff were friendly but also kinda unprofessional by arguing in front of customers. I applaud the make staff members patients and professional attempt. For the price, the value received was great.

A super location, next to the river , for visiting the town and the castle. It has a nice sauna and fitness room. The only odd thing about the rooms is that the power sockets are placed in the bed headboard.

3rd Oct 24. Our group of 32 people.Checked in and found some rooms has no towels and tissue. Some lighting no working.Has to rush down to get towel as the reception has already closed. Went to kitchen and the chef was very helpful and went all his way to get the towels for us. We checked in on 25th Sep too also don't have towels.

The hotel team has created an extremely kind and pleasant atmosphere for a stay, communication, comfortable service, wonderful breakfast and restaurant... The location of the hotel itself is extremely communicative and makes it possible to visit all the sights in the old capital of Bavaria without much effort. I like the most - the gentle breeze of the river is pleasant and the wonderful atmosphere...

Rooms are fine although some are in need of a refresh. River-facing rooms with balcony have a pleasant view but can be noisy due to traffic. My toilet was leaky and was fixed after a few hours. The staff is friendly but often overwhelmed with long lines at the reception desk, etc. Breakfast was decent although many items were missing (empty juice machine, no butter, etc.) Lunch prepared for the corporate...

I liked the location, and the size of the room, but that was about it. The hotel feels very dated, and the bathrooms are very tiny. Our main shower head was broken. Checking out took a very long time, and they tried to charge me for my entire stay a second time, even though it was prepaid.

Very good hotel, not so far from the city. You can access free WiFi here. Clean and neat rooms suitable for family and also for single occupancy. Not many options for breakfast. Personally I felt the breakfast could have included some fruits.

Clean Hotel, Fair prices in the Restaurant and for drinks, Free and super fast Internet! Each room has a Router! Very nice staff!

Negative: Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't even offered. :( But there were several bakeries in the city center. :) Even though it was a city hotel, there's still such a thing as quiet hours. It was constantly noisy for short periods (shouting and doors slamming). Positive: It was a very nice room with a bathroom.

Perfect. Get free upgrade ... Clean and well-kept rooms. Very friendly house people. Again any time! Nice in the heart of Landshut. Recommendation!

The Hotel is in a Central location and has free Wi-Fi. The Parking at the hotel, the rich Breakfast buffet and the friendly staff round the stay in this Hotel. We will come back!

We were four of us, three adults and a 3 year old child - for the first time in this locality. The food was really remarkably delicious - in my opinion, better quality than other restaurants with Croatian cuisine in the vicinity of Landshut! Is very centrally located, this quite Loud, if you the window. Room super prepared pretty . Chocolate is placed in the entire Hotel - even at the Buffet for Breakfast . Great Outdoor Area

Pleasant view from our room and it was a good size. Unfortunately it was summer when we stayed and the fan only had one setting which was super low. Made it a bit hard to sleep in the heat.

Hotel located in the middle of the old town. The rooms are clean and sufficient for us with one night. The breakfast was good but very little on offer. No fresh fruit. But that was probably because not many people booked. We were there by bike and were kindly allowed to leave the bikes in the aisle and load them up. One of the rooms was modern with new furniture and very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. Free parking near the hotel. Restaurant and terrace at the hotel. Reception staff very kind and helpful (kept perishable food for us in the fridge free of charge).

Important, I don't just review the Restaurant, the room, I know! Very nice restaurant with delicious German cuisine. For small family celebrations perfectly, you can get as it is always nice away from the table, or in the case of larger companies a space of their own.

The only place I will ever stay at in Landshut!! Incredible service, super friendly for international travelers. Rooms were cozy and clean. The staff is quite helpful, giving plenty of recommendations for places to explore and relax in the local area. They even occasionally offer cooking and barbecue classes. Breakfast is delicious, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, and homemade jams. I felt at home...

We have had 2 nights here. I travel rather often but that was the best breakfast in Germany I have ever tried. I like the service so much, so person oriented, that I felt myself like a very important person. Amina did her job so well. Thanks a lot for her commitment and desire to help.

Great place to stop after a flight in to Munich Airport. Good location between train station (10 min walk or short taxi ride) & old town (10 min walk for restaurants & sightseeing). Such an adorable little hotel with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The Service was excellent, the room was clean and fresh and the breakfast was 5/5 with thoroughly planned small details. Good location as well. Warmly recommended.

The room was very large....more like a suite and the bed was unforgettable!. Our meal was wonderful in the evenng had the cutest giggling waitress. The owner even drove us to the railway station in the morning. They were more gracious than any place we stayed in Europe. PLUS the hotel was charming and decked out for Christmas like a fairy tale.

The hotel is close to the city center in round about one km.. Parking is available in the back of the premises. Some of the rooms are very small and for the price of 118 euro is not a good deal. The staff is very friendly and well organized.

A great hotel in excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bedrooms. . Only slight criticism is that breakfasts can get very repetitive as not much variety if you staying for more than a few days.

Right in the middle of town, the Golden Sun is a fine place to stay in the highly recommended Landshut.

Loved everything about the hotel!!! Limited parking and no air conditioning, however, the rooms were totally worth it and the breakfast was amazing! So close to everything you need in a beautiful town!

Very good food, great atmosphere. The outside area is big and has a great playground to keep the kids entertain Friendly staff. Would recommend booking in advance for larger groups especially during summer.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helped us with check-in, as we unfortunately couldn't manage it at the machine. The rooms are small, and the carpets in the rooms and hallway smell really unhygienic. Since there were no mosquito nets on the windows, we had three tree beetles in the room. It was okay for one night, but for longer stays, I would look for something else. As already mentioned...

The hotel was clean and check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, which made a very loud noise even when not in use. However, due to the late hour, we didn't call a technician.

Stayed for 8 months. On my part, it was a very good experience, good service & location (proximity to the center as well the railway station). Highly recommended!

Room a little dark, but comfortable beds. The carpet looked like it should be replaced, but room was clean. Nice staff and breakfast served in the café, nice and cozy. Very well located and parking right out side if you are lucky. If not there is a parkhouse five minutes away. No elevator in the house.

Great, a pleasant stay in a recommandable hotel !

Big, clean room with accessible bathroom but no fridge or any tea-making facilities. Breakfast was included daily, and it's a great location within a flat easy walk to Landshut centre (and a lift!). The only disadvantage is the corridor to the upper rooms is a bit drab, but the friendly welcome & service makes up for that.

Small Hotel but quaint. Close to downtown Landshut. Not modern, but rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. What makes the stay is the employees. They were great and even had breakfast to go for me... Delicious!! They have a great little bakery that makes wondelful treats. Would book again anytime.
