10 mins walk to the train station but 25 mins walk to the centre.
It's an anonymous self service complex. You check in, open the entrance doors and your room by app/website. Make sure you have plenty of battery. There iis a reception but there is never anyone there.

Room was very clean except for a lot of chipped paint on the floor. I asked for it to be cleaned but no one came.

The staff, or lack of, is the biggest problem.. I left my bag in the luggage store after check out. I returned to collect it at the agreed time. But no one was there to let me in to the luggage room. I phoned their number many times, but it reached a call centre in another city. I had to wait a very anxious 25 minutes before someone let me in to the luggage room. When they finally arrived they moved so slowly and didnt seem to care that I was on the verge of missing my flight. I raced through town, running at top speed, and only managed to catch my train to the airport because it was delayed. It was very stressful. I recommend guests do not rekly on this service. I hope the management improves the staff service.

My stay at Apartimo Landshut was absolutely excellent! The apartments are modernly furnished, very clean, and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the quiet location, which still allows for quick access to the city center, as well as the thoughtful amenities – you immediately feel at home. Check-in was straightforward, and the Apartimo team was extremely friendly and accommodating. They also responded quickly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. I can wholeheartedly recommend Apartimo Landshut – whether for a short visit or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!

Walls are paper thin; it was as though the person in the room next door and I were both in the same room. There were no cooking utensils and I could not get the stove top to work. I was not feeling well so didn't contact reception. On the good side, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Okay, with some reservations. I checked in online, but it still didn't work; I didn't receive a room code and only got it with the help of a staff member who happened to be there. Contrary to the description, we didn't have a coffee machine, even though three people were registered, and only two armchairs! The heating was locked and couldn't be turned on!

Soulless and lacking in hospitality

The accommodation is soulless. You arrive at reception and there's no one there.

You have to check in on a computer. The room was supposed to be available from 3:00 PM. It still wasn't available at 3:01 PM. This happened to me and two other people who also wanted to check in. I then called a phone number. It finally worked then. If you're just looking for a place to sleep in a business setting, then by all means, check in here. But if you're looking for apartments where you feel at home and where the privacy and feelings of others are respected, you should avoid this accommodation!

The room smelled of stale smoke. It had no blinds or curtains, only pleated shades. These didn't cover the entire window, but only the lower two-thirds. Since my apartment was on the ground floor, it was brightly lit all night long.

Furthermore, the electrical appliances made their presence known with a loud humming noise every hour.

Very noisy from both outside and inside (foreign construction workers with cans of beer in their hands and loud conversations in the hallway). There wasn't a single quiet moment due to the constant noise. The room wasn't as booked. Instead of two single beds, there was one double bed. The picture shown during booking depicted a much nicer room. I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone and will never book it again.
