The interior is completely different from the photos. It feels like a dormitory. There are dishes, but no detergent. The hot and cold water handles in the bathroom are on opposite sides. The beds aren't bad, but they're not great either. It's probably too cold in the winter. Also, the PIN number I initially received was different from the number I received on the day of my stay.

It's basically a guesthouse; there's no front desk, you have to call and retrieve the key from a lockbox, so there's practically no service. It's close to the main street, so the soundproofing is terrible, with a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles. Also, there's no air conditioning.

Negative: Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't even offered. :( But there were several bakeries in the city center. :)

Even though it was a city hotel, there's still such a thing as quiet hours. It was constantly noisy for short periods (shouting and doors slamming).

Positive: It was a very nice room with a bathroom.

I booked online the hotel, and specified that my arrival time was between 8pm - 9pm, as I was travelling by train, coming from Czech Republic after 12 hours on the train. It was Saturday, 14 August.
At 8.45pm I was at the door of the hotel, but nobody opened the door.
I waited 15 minutes, repeatedly ringing the bell, but nothing happened. Closed and no signs of activity.
So I had to search for another hotel, in another place, go back to the station and take another train for an hotel that could guarantee reception 24hrs/24.

Perfect. Get free upgrade ... Clean and well-kept rooms. Very friendly house people. Again any time! Nice in the heart of Landshut. Recommendation!

Despite reservation and written confirmation from the house, no room was received. Was sent away even though I wasn't the last person to arrive that day. The caretaker (?) At the front desk was very friendly and tried hard, but ultimately overwhelmed with the situation.

We were four of us, three adults and a 3 year old child - for the first time in this locality. The food was really remarkably delicious - in my opinion, better quality than other restaurants with Croatian cuisine in the vicinity of Landshut! We had) a plate for 2 people - with skewers of pork neck Steak from the Tenderloin, Plescavica, Cevapcici with Djuvec rice, fries and a side salad included (Dressing also noteworthy. My wife is a sheep's milk cheese-filled Plescavica had this very very much! Also the Dessert, pancakes filled with ground nuts and vanilla ice cream - excellent! All of this for a very moderate price! The portions are very extensively, however, the quality is for me crucial! I would like to highlight also the very courteous, extremely child-friendly staff!

The Hotel is in a Central location and has free Wi-Fi. The Parking at the hotel, the rich Breakfast buffet and the friendly staff round the stay in this Hotel. We will come back!

Fantastic service! Incredibly friendly and homely. I felt very welcome and happy when I stayed at Hotel Cristallo. My host, Ivan, was incredibly helpful and always happy to chat. I would happily recommend.
