The room facilities are OK, the hygiene is OK, and the bathroom is fully functional. There is a window for ventilation, which is also good. The breakfast on the sixth floor has a complete variety, and the fruits are very good, especially the pears are very sweet and delicious.

Good location and the room is very big and clean!

Beautiful Corner, right next to a walking area. Happy to finally find a hotel where they have for the family room 2 single beds for the kids (and not couch bed or any other not ideal solution). Very clean and nice! You can hear the noise of the streets but being a walking area from 10 and not next to clubs or bar and it won’t be noisy till really late. Room was spacious. Location was great since it was in the heart of shopping, cafes and restaurants. Love it!

Staff was very helpful, and the location is ideal - East quick walks to either riverbank, Old Town, the cathedral, and bridges to Innstadt and Veste Oberhaus.

Good for a short stay There was not much room for clothes, and not everything was perfectly clean. Still, breakfast was okay with decent vegan options, and it was easy to walk everywhere. In addition, the staff is super friendly.

A very nice hotel 10 minute walk from train station between the Donau and the inn rivers. Easy walk to the Old City, the two rivers, and the pedestrian shopping areas. The nearby Thai restaurant is excellent.

I thought the receptionists were friendly and I was happy with my room and the breakfast. However, the name of the hotel implies it is near the river conjunction. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

This is an excellent hotel with easy access to old town. The rooms are well appointed with all of the amenities including wireless Internet access. We found the hosts warm and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and wonderful selection of breads.

Spent an enjoyable weekend for 2 in a nice 4 star hotel. It was a toss of the coin between this hotel and one more into the city centre and honestly we didn't regret it. Really enjoyed recent stay at hotel. Check in was seamless, room spacious, comfortable, clean with really comfy beds and a great balcony. Food was delicious, and the staff could not have been friendlier. The resaurant staff especially were superb. I look forward to staying again.

Room was clean, housekeeping, restaurant and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On your website it said laundry facilities. Turns out the hotel only has laundry services so they wash your clothes for you but charges 1-6 Euros per piece! That was disappointing as I thought there were actual washer and dryer that guests can use for a more fair price. We ended up having to go to a local laundromat...

If you arrive by car make sure you also reserve a parking spot it is in the basement. Elevator goes from garage to room. Easy to transport your luggage. Fabulous breakfast. You can take a boat from across the hotel to Vienna Melk and Linz . Super convenient

I am writing a review to commend the staff of this hotel when I was in need of assistance they stepped up and were wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was terrific! I cannot say enough good things about her. The hotel was very clean and the location was good.

Basic accommodations Based on the reviews I thought the hotel would be of a higher standard. No elevator had to carry luggage up stairs.

If this hotel had been billed as 3* I would give it a rating of four or five. It's attractive. The rooms are nicely finished. We had a little terrace. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel located across the other side of Danube River, nice environment. Take about 15min walk from the Passau train station. Room is spacious and clean. Staff Elias was very courteous and helpful. The lobby is so nice & the glass ceiling allow sky viewing.

It's a very nice hotel, although the room was a bit smaller than expected. The bath towel was also a bit on the small side. Located probably a 15 minute walk from the centre, the location is nice. I chose this as it had parking and I wanted somewhere secure for my motorbike, but they charge €20 to park so may as well stay in the centre and pay to park. The room was nice, and breakfast was reasonable.

Remember to call the hotel to get the access code. Dont wait for email or messages. Just call and get the numbers. Everything was fine, with coffee machine is good!!

For the price and location i would definitely recommend. Only minutes 15 walk to the Veste Oberhaus, docks and 3 minutes to Passua Hbf its perfect for a night or two. Beds, toliet and shower were clean and comfortable. Bottle water, tea and coffee provided and a great a spot inside where you can leave luggage before collecting key. Plenty of restaurants,supermarket and cafes only around the corner...

It tells Self Chek-in Service but you need to call first the hotel for the access code for you to get the key. They didn’t give the access code in advance at-least 2-3 hours prior to Check-in Time so that when you already at the location it is easier for the guest to do Self-Check. What if the customer doesn’t have internet yet. Thankfully the City have free wifi so that it can call for free via internet

Self check-in and -out. Room could use a tissue dispenser, refill of soap; the Nespresso machine was a nice feature.

We took a trip to Germany and Austria and stayed in Wilderman Hotel. This was one of the nicest hotels on our journey. I loved the extra large rooms, the enclosed balcony, the large bathroom, the king size bed. It was very clean and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was right by the Danube river also. Very happy with my experience at this hotel. Very charming and peaceful in a good location with clean, adequate rooms with charming furniture. The small room was efficient and perfect for myself. I appreciate the simple and efficient booking and check-in process without tons of paperwork, rewards programs, and attempts to sell upgrades and add-ons. I will happily stay here again.

I have never stayed at a hotel in germany wich such kind staff, everything was super clean and neat. If u want the experience of staying at a historical building, this is the place for you. Also it's in a very cool area yet perfectly silent to sleep peacefully at night.

This is a nice comfortable hotel on the river, Danube. It is in the same building as the glass museum. The decor and furniture are old style. They have different categories of rooms. Depending on size. We har the smallest and it was really good. It was possible to park my motorcycle outside. It is street parking. Stayed here twice.

This hotel is situated on the banks of the Danube and is a restored period building. the hotel appears to be immaculately kept, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. The hotel is easy to reach and located next to the Danube. Great for those staying before or after a river cruise. Breakfast is heart and fulling and has a good variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is available at no charge after 19:00 until 9:00 the next morning.

This hotel was a challenge to get to, park and to get to our room. The front of the hotel was in a small busy street with no parking to unload luggage. We had to go to the back of the hotel which is on a major street to unload our luggage. Great aparthotel. Value for money. Big and spacious. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with a tub. Location is about 25 min walk from the train station. There is an Edeka 200m away which was convenient.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is big by European standards and the towels were large and soft. The sheets and duvets on the beds were luxurious! Clean, quiet location, lovely landscape, outdoor terrace, friendly staff. After 12 hours of driving, I was late with check-in, but the staff was kind and left the keys at the reception regardless of the time I arrived.

A one night stay. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Couldn't find a lift anywhere so carrying luggage up and down 2 floors kept me fit lol The hotel is a little way out of Passau by car but is in pleasant countryside. Car park was full when we arrived , but that was due to one part being closed because a tree was being cut down. In the restaurant the food was good and a varied menu.

We got here early in the a.m. and the lady at the reception was very friendly , helpful and offered us to keep our luggage if we wanted to go to town. We were treated like friends and she made sure our room was done asap.

The hotel was conveniently accessible by car and offered ample free parking. The reception was warm and welcoming, with a lovely touch of cake and a chocolate cookie on arrival. Additionally, they provided a water dispenser and complimentary coffee at the reception area. 😊 The rooms were slightly smaller than average but provided sufficient space for the two of us, and the heating worked perfectly...

My overall experience was ok. The room was pretty small and the carpet was very dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was properly cleaned. You could hear the noise from outside very clearly which was irritating when a car-alarm went off a couple a times during one of the nights… The breakfast was ok but could absolutely be better.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a river cruise. The Danube river was flooding from heavy rains and the hotel helped us with some alternate arrangements. Very kind of them.
